Several skilled Rhin stone-steppers were performing impressive tricks. Some of them jumped back and forth, stepping alternately on two stone balls moving in unison—this was called a "Free ball"; others stacked the two stone balls, engaging in breathtaking high-altitude balance juggling—this was called "Ball Kicking"; or they would suddenly step forcefully on a stone ball with the arch of their foot causing it to reverse and turn sharply on the spot—this was called "Dribbling"…
According to Prince Kahn, the Rhin usually played with stone balls the size of coconuts during their leisure time in Sabak. Transitioning suddenly to these giant stone balls, they appeared a bit awkward, with at least half of their skills unexhibited. If they became familiar with the nature of these larger balls, they could perform even more spectacularly.
