Mira gave Eris one last glance and disappeared from the workshop. "Catch her!" Of course, Eris didn't waste a second and went right after her.
As Eris flew out of the workshop in panic, she could catch a glimpse of Mira jumping into one of the castle's windows. Mira was never a fighter, and whenever she had to fight, she only stood still and swung her massive sledgehammer. So seeing her move with such grace was both surprising and horrifying.
It finally became clear that she is no longer human; she now lives on the edge between mortality and what's beyond, a divine realm. It was a similar feeling to when Eris stepped into divinity and almost destroyed the world. But in her case, she was stepping into divinity. Eris was never a mortal humanoid; she lacked all qualities of a mortal needed ages before ever meeting Arad. She was a murderous cultist, a vampire, and a killer who cremated her own victims of fun.
