ΦStanding over the body of the spring Nightmare, another Nightmare with light blue skin and bulging muscles throughout her body pulls up her fist, and grabs her tree-like hair as she turns around and sees the soldier all around her shaking in fear.
With a completely disinterested tone, she says, "Where is the leader of your squadron?"
The eyes of all the men quickly fall to the man she just punched, and she says with a smile, "I see. That makes this easy. Drop your weapons, and I will let the re-."
One of the Nightmares smashes his fist, which is moulded like a hammer, right into the side of her head, yet despite the entire force of his swing being projected against her in a furious instant, she takes it all with her head barely moving an inch.
The man, scared pulls his hand back, and she rubs the side of her face where she feels a tiny little bump, and soon anger and rage overtake her body as she screams, "I AM MEETING MY LITTLE SISTER TODAY, AND YOU BASTARDS JUST DAMAGED MY FACE, I WON'T FORGIVE YOU, I WON'T FORGIVE ANY OF YOU EVER!"
Her large hair made of tree roots grows rapidly and then forms into a giant axe in the sky, which she grabs and swings all around, cutting the men around her up! And in the distance, a group of soldiers wearing a green banner with a golden image of a wolf taking an apple from a tree all look into the distance, and the same Nightmare that arrested both Dumnorix and Cyrus after their fight looks onward with sweat dripping down his face.
One Nightmare to his side says, "5th seat Pom, what is that?"
"I guess it's your first time seeing it up close, but when 2nd seat Jūlija Balint gets worked up, this is just the start of her rampage. Stay close to me and watch my back. I will keep you safe if something goes wrong."
Throughout the battlefield, the Cursed Land Army of Fundamentāls beats and breaks down all the forces standing before them, and even as Gyvenimas' squad joins the forces of Blamator, they are still barely able to hold back the frontal assault raining onto them.
Gyvenimas, struggling against the forces in front of him, says, "Please, Dobitoc, you need to get everyone out of here as fast as possible. I don't know how much longer I will be able to hold these monsters back."
Location: The Bay of the Fallen Pirates Bay
Lying in the cave, a series of Blamator Nightmares start rushing towards all the ships they have set up as a way to escape, and seeing this, a few members of the Cursed Sky Army fly over to slowly intercept them.
Though as the move, a series of Blamator Nightmares with wings fly up high, engaging them in mid-air combat, while others with ranged abilities shoot from a distance towards Zenitas.
Within this chaos were some bombs fell onto the battlefield around the area Merid runs, holding Franny's hand.
"Where are you taking me?"
"OUT OF HERE!"
"NO!" she shouts as she breaks Merid's grip on her.
Falling to his back from the force of her release, Merid says, "What are you on about! There is a battle going on; we need to get to the ships and out of here as fast as possible."
"I am strong, my curse makes me stronger than most, despite how little I am. I will go and join in on the battlefield, and let everyone escape."
Grabbing her, Merid says, "This isn't a game!"
"YOU DON'T THINK I KNOW THAT!"
"YOU DON'T! This is the Cursed Land Army we are talking about; if they meet you head-on on they steamroll you until you're nothing but paste. All the freaks with intense and powerful curses always enlist; you're not special in that regard."
"SO I AM SUPPOSED TO DO NOTHING, WHILE EVERYONE HERE IS FIGHTING!"
"YES! Run away, you fool. Because you'll merely end up as a one-second delay for one of the many soldiers in the Cursed Land Army."
"I CAN'T DO THAT. HOW WILL I FACE MY MOTHER AND FATHER IF I JUST ROLE OVER AND ALLOW THE PEOPLE WHO DO THIS TO GET AWAY? I'll go and crush the Cursed Land Army, I will go and crush those cowards who would use deadly force against their own will, allowing the criminals who come in and leave the country. That's all my life is worth now, so I'll go out and use it. Maybe you'll get to survive for a little longer thanks to me."
Franny pushes Merid away and turns around, running back towards the cave as Merid chases closely after her, but between the two of them, a large blast of water smashes the ground, sending both of them flying in the air, and as their bodies hang mid-air, they see a creature rising from the ocean.
From the bay, a large dark blue bipedal upright lobster wonderbeast rises that reaches the same heights as all the ships within the area. Standing on top of it with a special saddle is a silver-skinned, muscular man with loose skin around his waist and his shoulders resembling a jellyfish's oral arms that have small tentacles falling off of them. Across his face, the small tentacles form a mask, and throughout his flesh, he wears orange and yellow armour.
He holds the reins of the saddle and says, "It's time to drown our enemies."
The wonderbeast smashes its left claw right into one of the ships, and raises the other one to point at the members of Blamator running towards the port. Its tail, which still lies underneath the water, pulls in a large amount of water, and soon, from its right claw, a large blast of water rains out all over the battlefield, striking the member of Blamator with large waves of water, striking and destroying everything.
Looking down at all the members of Blamator, the man says, "Pathetic, did you all really think you could fight us with this level of strength? Nothing but utter delusions. Yet I guess there is something admirable in the weak picking themselves up and trying to fight against the inevitable, which reminds me of my brother. But at least he isn't stupid enough to poke a god and imagine he could win."
From the sea, a giant salmon rises from the ocean with two human legs and arms attached to its body. The man wearing a dark blue banner with a golden octopus on it says, "2nd seat Marinescu Dumitrescu, we have prepared our land assault."
"Carry it out with haste, I wish to be done with this in time for the party tonight."
"Yes, sir."
From the sea beneath Marinescu, a large number of turtle-like, cursed wonderbeasts emerge. Each one is over 240 cm, and has large shells which are completely composed of emerald hexagons, though in the middle, a giant cross opening is impeded in each, similar to the cross gashes put in baked potatoes. Across the front and back of the turtles lies giant blue man-made armour that covers them, providing extra protection, and in the middle of the giant cross lies a purple gem hooked up to a saddle, which many different Nightmares ride forward.
Forming up on the land, each of the riders slams the purple gems, and from their mouth, the turtles let out giant sonic waves from their mouth blowing back all of the members of Blamator in front of them.
Soon after this, they all charge forward and hold up a bar of what seems to be coral. Using whatever method they can find, they toss the corals towards their defeated foes, and soon it starts to grow completely surrounding their bodies and restraining them.
Φ In front of me, the entire world shakes, and I feel my ears ring from all the screams, explosions, and sounds of metal clashing everywhere. I quickly activate my curse and inject the liquid in the tubes across my back right into my mouth, strengthening both my flesh and my mind.
Regaining my senses, I turn my head over to the bay, and I say, "Isn't that the Behemoth of the Journey's End? It's one we stole from Molstoria, as a sign of our conquests. They only ever bring it out when they intend to destroy their enemies?"
A blast of water emerges from one of its claws and lands right behind me, causing a big explosion that knocks me to the ground. Turning my head around, I see a giant hole appear in the cave, and I say, "We're dead! We're all dead. I need to do something, I need to go hel-."
Behind me, I hear, "Can you still move?"
Turning, I see a Nightmare holding a ball and quickly turn the empty tubs on my back into gauntlets to defend myself, but he says, "I am a member of Blamator, right. 5th seat, Lythirus."
My body relaxes, and I quickly salute and say, "What do you need from me, Commander?"
He stuffs the ball into my hands and says, "This is a bomb. I need you to bring it over there and set it off underneath that Behemoth."
Holding it, I quickly start looking around, and say, "Where is the ignition? Or is it a contact one?"
"No. It has a switch, and goes off right when you press it."
"But, wouldn't that mean I die?"
Grabbing me, he says, "And it will be a glorious death." He turns my body around at the sight in front of me and says, "Look, what do you see? There is nothing here but pure injustice. They come here with three of their armies, and even a country's national weapons and use them to silence us for our dissent. Is this something you'd wield against your people? Your brothers and sisters? NO. THIS HERE, THIS REACTION IS A SIGN OF THEIR WEAKNESS, IT'S A SIGN OF THEIR COWARDICE TO SILENCE OVER TRUTH, BUT WE WON'T ALLOW THEM TO WE SHALL FIGHT BACK, AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE THE FOUNDATION OF THAT. NOW LAY IT DOWN FOR THE FUTURES OF ALL THOSE WHO WILL COME AFTER YOU!"
He pushes me forward, and my legs start to run. What he said is true. They're being ridiculous in the way they are treating us. As if we have done anything to deserve this show of force. It is merely a way to silence us, to keep us in line.
So why am I so scared? Why do I fear looking backwards at Lythirus as much as I fear moving forward? I know this is good, I know I am just. So why God, why won't you calm my heart!
"WATCH OUT!" I hear a voice shout from the left.
Turning my head, I see one of the wonderbeast riders coming towards me, and I freeze out of fright, before dashing forward again. Behind me, I start hearing the large footsteps of the rider turning to come after me.
"STOP!" he shouts as he approaches, but I keep moving. Yet soon a roar hits both my ears, and my back blows me to the ground, smashing my body against it again, and again as I skip like a stone.
As I lie, I start to feel a pulsating in my arms, and looking down, the bomb is beating like a heart. "Did the shockwave from the wonderbeast activate the bomb? No, that means it's going to blow."
I start to panic and look around, even pointing my head back to where I started, but the man who was once there is far gone back towards the cave.
What am I going to do? What am I going to do? If it goes off like this, I will die for nothing, my life will end without ever doing anything.
Tears start to drip from my ears as my breathing increases, but the sound of the wonderbeast riders' approach quickly takes all my attention, and my mind calms as it can only reach one conclusion.
I start to run towards the rider, and as I do, I say, "Mother, Father, did I do good?"
A loud voice appearing from my side says, "NO THE HELL YOU DIDN'T!"
Merid, with a large amount of water right behind himself, quickly nocks the bomb out of my hand and forms the water into a giant shield as the bomb explodes, sending me right towards the sky.
