Abaddon wasn't the only one who made the mistake of believing that Thea had somehow come home. Nyx did the same.
If you were comparing silhouettes in the dark, it was an easy error to make.
However, when the figure stepped into full view, it was harder to confuse the two of them.
"…I'm not quite sure if I should say nice to see you again, or just plain introduce myself… this is all very new to me."
"…" Abaddon rubbed his eyes to make sure he wasn't seeing things and inadvertently covered his face with the flour that was on his hands.
"…You're staring a lot. I hope that's a good thing."
Nyx elbowed her friend. Without the sudden stimulus, he probably never would have gotten over this kind of sight.
"You know, I always wondered what Sif would look like if she dressed and acted more like a woman. I approve." Nyx held up her thumbs.
The woman stared at her with narrow eyes.
"…Something about what you said upset me but I'll let it go for now."
