Chapter 2 - chapter 2 arrival in MARVEL

Aadi pressed the button.

The wheel spun furiously, lights flashing like collapsing stars. Then it stopped—Maya.

Their eyes locked in stunned silence.

Maya was the first to speak, her voice steady, though laced with rare vulnerability."It seems fate has chosen me. You and I share something no one else does—unique existences, intertwined souls. Maybe it's only natural that we're soulmates. There's no third person like us, okay?"

Aadi blinked, then smiled—a soft, genuine curve of his lips."Okay, Maya. I'm happy to be with you."

Her expression faltered, surprise giving way to warmth and a flicker of embarrassment."You accept it so easily?" she murmured, then quickly straightened."W-Well then… okay, okay. Let's move on. You'll be reincarnated as a baby. Don't worry—your system will activate immediately, so energy won't be an issue." She cleared her throat, looking away."Now, choose your appearance."

Aadi chuckled at her flustered tone."I want to look like someone born of light… divine, but grounded."

With focused thought, he crafted his new appearance:

Hair: Jet black, with golden tips that glowed faintly like embers at dusk

Eyes: Radiant amber, laced with tiny starbursts that shimmered with power

Skin: A warm, bronze tone with a subtle inner luminescence

Build: Lean and athletic—balanced, strong, and graceful

As the transformation completed, Aadi looked at his reflection and nodded."I'm ready, Maya. This is me."

She studied him with wide eyes."You look... incredible," she said softly. "Like the sun was carved into flesh. Honestly, Aadi… you resemble me a little now. It suits you."

Then her tone grew more serious."In this life, you'll be an orphan again. A half-American, half-Indian boy, left at a Midtown orphanage. You'll be adopted by May Parker. Your memories will be sealed… at least until your system reactivates."

Aadi's heart dipped. The thought of loneliness again—of growing up without Maya—hit hard.

Maya stepped forward and wrapped her arms around him, holding him close."Don't be disheartened," she whispered. "I'll come to you. Our bond won't let you forget me, not truly. When we meet again, your soul will remember—even if your mind doesn't. And the Parkers… they'll shape you into who you need to become."

Moved by her closeness, Aadi leaned in and kissed her gently. A kiss full of gratitude, affection, and something deeper. Maya froze for half a second—then melted into it before reluctantly stepping back, cheeks flushed.

With a graceful wave, she opened a glowing wormhole.

Aadi turned to it, then looked back."I'll wait for you, Maya."

Her voice trembled."We will meet again, Aadi."

He vanished into the light.

Maya lingered alone in the silence, her hands rising to cover her face. For the first time in her eternal life, she blushed—her immortal calm pierced by something she never expected: love.

Far beyond, the Omniverse itself stirred with quiet joy.

"My daughter… has found love," it mused. "And this boy… his heart is pure. I grant him my blessing."

Two hours later…

Aadi's eyes fluttered open. Everything was blurry. His limbs were heavy and unresponsive. He tried to speak, only to let out a helpless cry:

"Wah… ooo…"

I've been reincarnated.I'm in a baby's body. Where… where am I?

The door creaked open. A middle-aged woman stepped inside. Her eyes scanned the room, then landed on the swaddled child.

She walked over, picked him up gently, and read the note beside him.

"His name is Aadi," she murmured. "That sounds Indian…"

Her gaze drifted over his unusual features—amber, star-flecked eyes; jet-black hair with golden tips; bronze skin that seemed to glow faintly. She paused.

"But he doesn't look fully Indian… or American. He looks... special."

She smiled and brushed a hand across his cheek."Wherever you came from, you're beautiful. Let's get you warm before you catch a cold."

As she carried him out of the room, Aadi felt an odd tug deep inside—something buried, yet present. A promise.

A voice, like a whisper from another world, echoed faintly:

"Wait for me, Aadi."
