Unfortunately, his luck was merely average. The fishing line twitched several times, but he always reeled in an empty hook.
Qin Yuyan was so frustrated he felt like blasting the creek pool with a spell.

It wasn't until the fifth attempt that the fishing line jerked violently; clearly, a fish had taken the bait.
