The waiter bowed and withdrew.
Unaware of the impact he'd made, he asked Elise Don, "Do you like it?"
Elise Don closed the jewelry box, her face calm and showing no signs of joy, "It's alright."
Oliver Bloom also felt dissatisfied, "I chose it from a catalog. Seeing the actual item, it feels a bit tacky, but it's too late to change now. Just make do for now; when I return from the US, I'll accompany you to the store to pick one out specially."

Elise Don picked up a wine glass and took a sip of sparkling water, tilting her chin up to reveal a delicate, white neck—extremely proud.
Putting down the glass, she casually glanced around and saw Oliver Bloom's two secretaries at the neighboring table starting their meals.
