"Dr. Lee, let's discuss this later. First, come over and tend to Charlotte Allison's wound," Mr. Sheldon said urgently.
The doctor responded and hurried over to treat Charlotte Allison's wound.
Mrs. Sheldon couldn't stand the sight of blood, so Evelyn Sheldon helped her to the side to rest.
With a moment's respite, Mrs. Sheldon glanced at Hazel Allison and said to Mr. Vance, "Mr. Vance, it's best if you take her to the hospital. I'll arrange for a car to take you both there."
Hazel Allison's body was weak, and if any symptoms persisted from this incident, it wouldn't be good for her or for Charlotte Allison.
