With a single command, hundreds of towering skeletons roared to life, joined by monstrous zombies, specters, and ghosts. Maria had become a one-woman army, clashing head-on against the horrors drawn and animated by the Mangaka.
"Hohooo? Ohoooo?"
The Mangaka twirled his mustache and laughed. His "grimoire"—in truth a horror manga compendium—flickered wildly as its pages turned. More and more creatures poured forth: monsters, zombies, kaiju, yokai—everything imaginable.
Maria's summons collided with his creations. Ink splattered against shattered bone, rotting flesh mingled with broken souls, and the battlefield filled with the relentless din of clashing armies.
"Not bad! Not bad at all! You're strong!"
