As Cadet Rena Riley was trying to deflect as much of her mother's attention onto Commissioner Justin Vaughn and off of herself so she didn't get dragged kicking and screaming off to the dozens of not hundreds of bridal shops scattered across Los Diablos due to the deliberate misinterpretation of her relationship with Zeph, he was sitting down with Chief Bobby Marlecl.
