Chapter 21 - Chapter 21: Encountering an Idiot at the Shooting Range

"Mr. Song, do you see now..." Thomas Ziegler approached cautiously.

"Get lost." Dane Song kicked the table and stormed off angrily.

Claire Green returned to the classroom, only to see three people chatting happily.

Seeing her return, John Sinclair squinted and smiled, "Olivia, are you busy tonight?"

Claire Green took out a piece of candy, put it in her mouth, and spoke nonchalantly, "What's up?"

John Sinclair rubbed his hands, "A few of us are planning to go to Holywood Mansion tonight."

He even gave a look to Sebastian Winn, signaling him to continue.

Receiving the hint, Sebastian Winn thought for a moment and carefully said, "I heard there's a new shooting range there, seems pretty nice, we should check it out."

The three looked at Claire Green eagerly, the yearning in their eyes was unstoppable.

"Sure." Claire Green twirled her phone, nodding casually.

"Yay." The three cheered and high-fived each other upon hearing the desired answer.

On the side, Claire Green's lips also curved into a smile.

...

"John, is that shooting range really that fun," on the way, Isabella Xyler tugged John's clothes, giving a sidelong glance at the people in front, and whispered.

John Sinclair showed a confident expression, "Of course, I've checked it out."

Seeing his assured look, Isabella Xyler finally felt reassured.

They couldn't have Olivia's first outing with them be unexciting.

Just as they entered the mansion, they bumped into Julian Sia and his group.

Seeing this group of four, Julian Sia raised an eyebrow.

"Isabella, where are you guys planning to go?" Mason Quinn's gaze shifted among them, nodding towards Isabella Xyler.

Unexpectedly encountering them here, Isabella Xyler was indeed a bit surprised.

Seeing everyone's gaze on her, she smiled and replied, "We plan to go to the newly opened shooting range."

As soon as she finished speaking, Mason Quinn clapped and hooked an arm around the shoulder of the person beside him, "Perfect, let's go together."

Ah! Isabella Xyler looked bewildered at him.

"I'm afraid that's not convenient," John Sinclair interjected to refuse.

Rejected, Mason Quinn shrugged.

He originally intended to create some opportunities for Julian, but he couldn't force it if others refused.

"Exactly, you guys look like you're about to leave!" Isabella Xyler snapped back to her senses, her gaze sweeping over them.

Suddenly, Julian Sia, who had been in the background, locked his cool eyes with a smile at the girl behind them.

He calmly said, "What does Olivia say?"

His words stunned everyone.

John Sinclair and Sebastian Winn: This guy knows Olivia.

Mason Quinn and George Xyler: These two are already on nickname terms.

Among them, Isabella Xyler was the only one who remained unfazed, having heard it before.

"Whatever," having a few more people didn't make any difference to Claire Green.

...

The group quickly arrived at the shooting range, and indeed, it was quite popular.

"Would you like to play?" A man couldn't help but approach and ask.

These people's looks were way too attractive, especially those two in the middle, just the pinnacle of beauty.

He thought to himself, how is it that we're all human, but the gap is so wide.

"Yes, how does it work here?" Sebastian Winn answered excitedly.

He could finally touch a gun, even if it was fake, it looked pretty exciting.

The man, with a professional smile, explained, "We have real-person shooting competitions, stationary targets, and moving targets. If you're interested, you can check them out."

Upon hearing the real-person shooting competition, John Sinclair and Sebastian Winn became eager.

"Olivia, what do you think?" Sebastian Winn asked.

Claire Green lazily stood there, glanced at the group, and opened her WeChat, "Pay up."

The man encountered such a customer who didn't even ask the price for the first time, happily handed over the payment QR code, only to be stopped.

John Sinclair pushed her phone back, quickly scanned the code himself, and said, "Olivia, I'll handle it."

For the man, it didn't matter who paid, as long as they paid.

Behind them, George Xyler glanced at the person beside him and teased, "Julian, you have competition."

Julian Sia, hearing this, looked at John Sinclair without much emotion. Would Olivia really go for someone this immature?

"If you're blind, go see Zeke Tuner."

George Xyler's smile froze, Julian was mocking him for having poor vision.

Once the payment was successful, the man led them to the second floor, "This is where the stationary target practice is. You can try it here, and if you want a real-person competition later, you can head to the third floor."

After explaining the game rules and projects clearly, he tactfully left.

"John, want to have a match," Sebastian Winn stepped forward, touched a gun, and looked at John Sinclair with a slightly provocative glance.

As guys, they were naturally interested in shooting games, and upon being challenged, John Sinclair grabbed a gun without saying a word.

"Sure, ten shots each, we'll see who scores the best."

Both hummed, unwilling to concede, got into position, and started shooting.

Isabella Xyler saw this and pouted. They were all supposed to play together, yet those two just started.

She turned her head, her almond eyes bright, looking at Claire Green, "Shall we go too?"

"Yeah."

At that moment, three guys with hands in their pockets walked towards the two with an arrogant swagger.

The guy with permed hair in the middle arrogantly tilted his chin, wiggled one leg, and, thinking he looked cool, touched his hair, "Hey beauties, want to join us?"

Isabella Xyler disdainfully covered her eyes and pulled Claire Green back a step.

"Whoa, you dare to turn me down," the guy was annoyed by her action and was about to make a move.

But he was stopped and kicked away before he could fully extend his hand.

Claire Green's dark eyes held a cold, thin aura, staring at him as if he were a dead man.

"Olivia, don't use your hands for such filth next time," Julian Sia picked up a tissue from the table, pulled Claire Green's hand over, and wiped it carefully.

Off to the side, Mason Quinn and George Xyler were furiously complaining, they didn't expect Julian to be like this.

I seriously suspect you just wanted to hold her hand, and I have evidence.

Seeing their friend kicked down, the other two quickly ran over to help him up.

"How dare you hit me," the guy rubbed the spot he was kicked, his expression dark as he looked at her.

"What, do you have some untouchable status?"

John Sinclair saw the commotion and came over with a gun slung over his shoulder.

"You guys... how about we have a match, if I win, she comes with me." The guy was about to curse but, seeing the gun in John's hand, changed his tune.

"Are you nuts, why would we compete with you?" Isabella Xyler glanced at him, her face scornful.

We came here to have fun, why are there always these nuisances?

And wanting Olivia? He should look at his own scruffy state, completely like a toad wanting to eat swan meat, utterly delusional.

"What, you don't dare?" the red-haired guy next to him began to use reverse psychology.

Sebastian Winn was just about to speak when he saw Claire Green's dangerous expression.

"Reverse psychology," she raised her eyelids slightly, her tone indifferent, "Fine, how do you want to play?"
