At a mountain between the territory of the tribe of water and tribe of wind, dozens of warriors could be seen lined up. Easily reaching 200 warriors, more or less, with at least a third of them being Magic Wielders
Magic Wielders of the Tribe of Earth could be seen making sharp earth spikes led by datu Tlaloc.
The spikes are... enormous to say the least. Angled towards the mountains by 30 degrees more or less, it's at least 20 meters long (67 feet).
Magic wielders of other tribes are not just standing by. Wielders from the tribe of water are coating the earth spikes with water and then freezing it with the help of wind tribe warriors, making the spikes sturdier.
The tribe of fire are not slacking off though. Led by Shula, they are gathering tons of magic as they intend to bombard the mountains where the thunderbeasts are residing, intended to take them out with one strike. Though they very much doubt they could do that.
The other warriors are tasked with making an escape route in case things turn for the worst.
Kristin could be seen charging her signature fist attack, and while doing so, the necklace on her is glowing green and Kristin could feel her punch would be much more powerful.
"Spikes are ready here!" An earth tribe warrior shouted.
"Same here!" Another warrior from the tribe of water called out from the other side.
"Escape path cleared!" Another warrior from the back called out.
"Warriors on our command!" Storm bellowed out to the warriors gathering magic for their attack.

"FIRE!" Shula roared out.
RAAA!!!
With a rarely seen unified cry in the archipelago, as they all faced a common enemy. They attack with all their might and...
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM~
The lands shook as the combined might of wind and fire bombarded the mountains and...

A few moments passed and nothing.
"Huh, that was-"
BZZZT...BOOOOM!!!
AWOOOOO!!!
As a warrior was about to speak, lightning suddenly came from the heart of the mountain and above it, accompanied by a deafening howl as the top of the mountain could be seen blown off outward.
"HOLD YOUR GROUND! GIVE IT EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT!" Shula bellowed out as warriors began their assault.
Arrows were fired, spears are thrown and magic flying towards the thunderbeasts.
In amidst all this, Kristin couldn't move a muscle. 'The monsters... They're too big!' She thought as she couldn't move a muscle.
Finch who's beside Kristin placed a hand on her shoulder. "Move, despite the fear. Or else you can lose your life." He whispered in her ear as he launch another arrow supported by wind magic.
The fear of facing the thunderbeasts were replaced with the fear of dying. And so she released another punch.
-At the Tribe of Swirling Winds-
The gang could be seen eating cross-legged on the floor when...
AWOOOO!!!
A loud howl akin to thunder was heard.
"It has started." grandma Crane uttered under her breath.
"What did?" Alex asked.
"The fight with the thunderbeasts." This time it was Calen who spoke.
"That howl was the reason we call them thunderbeast. A howl so loud its like thunder has struck all over the island." Calen explained further.
"Wait, you guys said Kristin went with them right?" Joana asked.
"Yeah, they said since she has the crystal or gem or whatever, she is obligated to go with them." Elijah explain with a mouthful of food, "Man this is really good." He uttered as he swallowed his food.
Leslie who was eating silently noticed Elijah's sudden change in his voice. Its like he's distracting himself from remembering something. Though she didn't point it out.
"I hope they're okay..." Joana whispered as she placed her food down.
"Don't worry, she got the best the tribes' got, she's going to be fine." Calen said with an enthusiastic smile.
"I hope you're right." Joana's voice faded as she stared at where the howl came from.
The gang then ate without saying anything as they all sent silent prayers that the warriors and Kristin would okay.
As they were finishing up their food and cleaning the plates up.
"HEEELLPP!!!!" A scream came from the ground.
"WE NEED MORE WARRIORS!.." The man then fainted after that.
And without needing to say anything else, the sound of footsteps began filling the trees as warriors moved about and left for battle.
"What's happening?" Alex asked as the gang rushed outside just to see the warrior fall onto the ground.
"The worst case. The thunderbeasts are winning." Calen answered with dread clearly visible in his eyes.
Alex looked at Calen with wide eyes. "Kristin..!" He whispered as he jumped off the platform.
"Alex!" The gang simultaneously screamed as they just got out of the hut when Alex jumped.
"I'm going to Kristin! She's in danger!" Alex shouted as he began to run towards where the warrior who collapsed came from.
'Please be safe Kristin' Alex thought.
