Four Years later.....
I was walking down the streets as usual everyone waved and smiled at me as I walked past them apparently I was their pride and joy; It could be my seemingly easy mastery of swords and polearms but that was partly due to talent and past training.
In my fight at Marineford if I were to use weapons over my devil fruit powers I simply would've died afterall water removes their powers and if I had several strong devil fruit users if my dad couldn't of done anything then what hope did I have.
'In the end I don't even know they're angle, who knows what they truly want from me. Apparently I'm supposed to go get my magic tested at the village for some reason it's something to do with aptitude and what magic I even have naturally from my understanding.'
And So I continued walking down the street until I got to the largest building in the whole town, apparently after my birth the village began to prosper, what people claim is that the day I was born every plant blossomed and reached full maturation, the flowers budded and blossomed, crops reached maturation at a visibly rate, trees began to grow at rapid rates aging nearly twenty years respectively in a instant. The fish were the most affected they all grew ten times bigger, and seemingly grow faster with less food becoming more nutrient efficient.
And they adamantly claim this every day everyone was excited for my tests today, preparing for a celebration I just didn't understand why. But who even cares I plan to leave this place as soon as I'm around ten or twelve, it should be plenty of time to develop my magic as much as I could without combat. And after that I'll begin the pirates life once again , I'll take some bounties and anything else I'll do will just be extra funds.
I mean why would I ever stay here for the rest of this life and restrict my freedom; My dad had freedom, I did aswell so why would I ever give that up, but in the end this is just all plans for the future nothing immediate.
And so I finally arrived at a huge building with painted stars on the side and sign up above Official Magic Testing.
And so I walked in and confront of me was a man in his early twenties, honestly he wasn't too much older than I was in my past life. He had a jovial feel to him his eyes pure black, his hair was black aswell he had a chiseled jaw aswell as a highly muscular body amd wore a black leather duster underneath that was a black under shirt and black pants. He had a tattoo on the back of his hand with two axe head shapes had tails intertwined, and the one on the left appeared to have an eye.
"Hello there I was told you were supposed to be tested is that correct."
"Yes that is the whole reason I entered here, so can we get this over with."
He seemed surprised with how well spoken I was for a four year old already, he also didn't expect an almost snarky feeling reply from one as young as I am.
"All you have to do is touch this magic ball and it will glow accordingly to the amount of Ethernano you have and then awaken your ability to use magic, well the second one is the goal but it rarely ever happens due to the fact most aren't developed enough."
I nodded in acknowledgement, it made quite a bit a of sense why this would be the case. Well time to get this all over with I reached my hand to the orb and as soon as I touched it I felt a feeling of suction it began to glow every second it kept getting brighter and brighter but then it exploded out sending shards of glass everywhere I quickly ducked and so did the mage behind the counter.
When I popped my head above I saw his face of disbelief and suprise his eyes completely wide, and shivering for some reason.
"H.h.how could someone have this much magic power.. except lord..."
I couldn't hear the last bits of what he said due to how quiet it was but apparently I'm extremely talented in yet another thing.
"I must report this to the others, after I awaken his power."
He whispered yet again, he probably doesn't realize i can hear him or maybe he does but doesn't expect a child to understand what he could ever mean. It seems interesting but I figured if it was something dangerous I could escape from here.
"Alright the way to awaken your magic, is to get in a life or death situation would be the easiest but I could try to teach you how to bring your magic out what would you rather have."
"You teach me."
I instantly spoke out I was not risking my life already at the age of four that is plain and stupid, what would happen if I couldn't use my magic either he would save me, or I would die i would rather not take that chance so early in my next life.
"Alright just close your eyes and try to sense the power within you, it may help to try to clear your mind, or maybe it would beneficial to try to picture your container. The choice is up to you, if it fails we can always try the life or death option."
I nodded not intending to fail I was going to ignore the fact he seems pretty adamant about the whole life and death situation.
I began to look around in myself it was actually fairly easy I quickly found the difference from my past body, I had this container that seemed endless like the sea and as blue as it aswell suddenly visible cracks showed around my right hand as everything began to shake tremendously the foundations began to crack ever so slightly and the water began to rise and transform into tendrils that swayed back and forth from the rivers leading to the ocean. Everyone saw the weird phenomenon and stood in awe again not fear knowing it must be Ryujin afterall every weird phenomenon was caused by him within the village so far.
And I didn't notice but I began to release and aura of sorts that caused the mage before me to feel an extreme amount of pressure and it was slowly harming his body degrading at his muscles and such slightly, slowly killing him.
That was until I opened my eyes and saw how his body seemed noticeably weaker.
And the one who stood there in suprise and fear, aswell as pure shock I opened my eyes and was surprised I actually still had my old powers albeit it was extremely hard to control it felt different yet the same, and then I had my father's powers. I was extremely happy the traitor lost them and I even gave them I swear I will not dishonor the one who raised me by being weaker than him. I will become so strong that he will be beyond proud of him.
I will become the strongest just like he was at one point, he told me the only one who could match him was the pirate king, I wanted nothing more than to be as strong as my dad and now I could become even stronger I would not waste this oppurtunity.
'Dad I promise the world will know the name White beard, and I will surpass you from this day onward I will be training my magic to the limit.'
I thought as I canceled whatever I was doing causing the drain I felt to stop completely I then began to feel inside of me yet again and realized it barely drained anything.
"W..w..what the hell!? how does he have different types of magic naturally.... I need to report this to..."
The man began to whisper again after yelling out in suprise. Deciding to leave since I already got what I wanted and is what not because I was extremely excited to test out my newfound powers.
