Aizen stayed at the Juniper Laboratory for exactly four days, and left in the morning with Sabrina, atop their two Aerodactyl.
Before entering Orre again, both changed their appearances, and half a day later, when they arrived above Edison's Laboratory, the two recalled their Pokémon in the clouds and dived down.
The Orayen Prince held the Moonheart's hand and pulled her in his arms before they got close enough to the ground and then teleported directly outside the house.
Krane's Psychic Pokémon were on guard, which was why they could not teleport inside the lab. A slight misstep would have cost them their lives in a gruesome accident.
Aizen darkly chuckled at the thought of it, and Sabrina knocked on the door, completely unfazed by his craziness.
A few seconds later, the opened on its own.
As soon as the two stepped inside, they were both tackled by his two Shiny Pokémon, and the Moonheart smiled when Lux imitated what Rinko was doing to Aizen and slobbered her face with his loveable licks.
Down the aisle, little Jovi was heartily laughing at the sight, and then she came forward and hugged both the Prince and his Moon. And the little Riolu did the same.
The three Pokémon seemed to have worked their charm on the little girl as she was exuding happiness, and even her eyes looked brighter and filled with the light that children her age must possess.
Aizen lovingly patted her head and then picked her up in his arms as he asked her and Minun and Plusle about all the fun they had in the last three days. And all three of them enthusiastically told him about everything.
And after Sabrina entered the room, closing the door behind her, he decided to check up on the two scientists.
Krane and Lily smiled when he came to the Engineering Unit with Jovi in his arms, but since both were busy working on the Purify Chamber, he did not stay long to disturb them.
He held back his chuckle when he sensed Riley and Phoebe sleeping together in the same room, still not up from their afternoon nap, but he found Stein, who was eating in the Dining Room, being served by Mr. Mime.
Aizen had a good chat with the Mega Lucario, who did not hide from him how Riley had been feeling since his return from their attack on Cipher's hideout.
Phoebe's Mega Gengar, who sinisterly appeared out of the wall, snickered and playfully looked at his Gengar, who was hiding in his Shadow.
His sudden appearance scared Jovi a little, but soon she was laughing as the two Ghost Pokémon started tickling her belly with their cold hands.
Michael, who had just woken up from the afternoon nap, excitedly rushed up to him and informed him that he had watched all his matches at the Indigo Conference yesterday.
The boy was a fan of his now, and the Prince patiently answered his questions and asked him about his dreams.
And the kid wanted to become a Pokémon Trainer. One of the best in the world.
"We will run the first test tomorrow morning," Krane informed everyone when they sat down at the table for dinner. "We lack an Energy Source, and if the process is too slow, we will have to go out and search for one. I can try to create one, but it would take a few months or even a year..."
Everyone listened to him, even if a couple of them had no interest in Scientific Research and Engineering.
After Lily led Jovi and Michael to their room, the Orayen Prince informed them about tonight's plan.
"We are hitting the Shadow Pokémon Lair next to the Pyrite Town tonight. This is an important hideout for them, and only an hour away from The Under, which is the underground Headquarters of Cipher below the Pyrite Town, ruled by one of their Cheif Admins..."
Everyone listened to the plan in detail, shocked at how much information he and Sabrina had extracted from the minds of the Cipher Grunts on S.S. Agatha and the hideout they had taken out.
"Riley and Phoebe will stay here, so, you can come with us and see if you can find any suitable energy sources." He suggested to Krane, who unhesitantly nodded his head.
"Aizen..."
"Someone needs to stay with Lily and the kids, Riley," he smiled at his friend, who sighed and nodded his head in understanding.
Before Lily returned to the room, the three had already taken their leave, and Riley and Phoebe asked their Mega Lucario and Mega Gengar to go with the Orayen Prince.
Aizen kept the two Pokémon inside his Promise Ball and then climbed up his Aerodactyl, who was ready for the flight.
Krane followed them on his Mega Noivern, who was perfect for these kinds of missions at night, and the Orayen Prince smiled at the sight of the beautiful Dragon.
One day, he wanted a Noivern on his team. He truly did.
With the help of the Krane's Pokémon, the group quickly found Cipher's Shadow Pokémon Lair near the Pyrite Town, and after Aizen used his Aura Sight and checked how many people were inside the hideout, he frowned.
"There are fifty people, and around 200 Pokémon, who are not in their Pokéballs."
Krane solemnly nodded his head.
"Are the watches set?" Aizen asked, and when he received confirmation from both his Companions, he nodded. "Stay in the sky, Krane. I will send you a signal after clearing the Lair. Keep an eye on the Harbour and the Town, send us a signal if you spot any danger."
"I will. Just be careful." The man acknowledged the order and flew away, and both the Prince and his Moon changed their appearances and jumped off their Aerodactyl.
Since Psychic Pokémon were keeping an eye on everything, they could not directly go in. Therefore, Aizen called out Phoebe's Mega Gengar and his own Gengar, who quickly merged with his and Sabrina's shadows.
He ordered them to stay hidden and wait for his signal, and then the Moonheart called out her Trevenant, who disappeared into the ground before uprooting the door of the Lair with the roots it sprouted underneath it, alarming the people and the Pokémon inside.
Sabrina quickly recalled her Pokémon and sent out her Absol, who used Perish Song, sending its voice deep inside the lair. Its voice was so powerful that they had to protect not just them but also the two Gengar in their Shadows.
Once the song ended, the Moonheart recalled Absol and followed Aizen, who had rushed ahead.
Following his lead, she did not hesitate when using her Powers, not caring about harming the few humans who were barely awake after Absol's Song.
Within fifteen minutes, Aizen and she had taken control of the Lair and destroyed the surveillance.
And then they began rescuing the Pokémon.
Aizen called out the group of Audino whom he had inside his Promise Ball, and they helped him heal the Pokémon who were in a bad condition.
Thankfully, there were only a few of them who needed immediate medical attention.
"Thank you." He sincerely said to the the Pokémon, who smiled at him and hugged him before going back inside the Promise Ball.
A while later, all the Pokéballs of Cipher Agents and Grunts, and the Pokémon in the lair had been sent inside the Promise Ball. It was then that the Orayen Prince turned his attention to the unconscious enemies.
Sabrina stayed quiet as Aizen used his Mega Metagross and her Mega Alakazam to read the minds of the Cipher Agents and Grunts, collecting Intel, and then started executing people by asking his Gengar to make them experience their worst nightmares.
Even though he had not asked Phoebe's Gengar to do it, the Pokémon helped his Gengar out.
Aizen killed every single one of them as soon as they had begged for their lives enough, and when Krane arrived at the scene, he was quite unnerved at the sight but did not say anything.
A part of his heart felt good that these scums had all been executed.
The Scientist then quickly checked the power station of the Lair, but unfortunately, nothing caught his eye.
The power sources he was looking for needed to be very potent.
Krane and Sabrina curiously looked at Aizen when he opened the map of the Orre Region and checked something.
"There is a secret Laboratory twenty miles north of here. And a new shipment of Pokémon has been delivered to them today for the Shadow Pokémon experiment..." he informed them about what he had gathered from the mind of a Cipher Agent.
"Are you sure you are ready for another battle?" Krane worriedly asked, already quite amazed at how powerful Sabrina and Aizen's Psychic Powers were.
"We will be fine." The Prince assured him and then led the two of them to the Secret Laboratory.
However, things did not go as smoothly as they did at the lair.
The security was very tight at the Laboratory, and even though they managed to break in, Aizen had to call out all the Psychic Pokémon inside the Promise Ball to help his Mega Metagross create Wards which could prevent people from sending out signals and call for reinforcements.
The battle inside the Laboratory lasted for a good hour, and left a bloodied mess as both the scums and their Shadow Pokémon lost their lives.
Aizen, Krane, and Sabrina had tensed up when the Head Scientist of this base, who was called Ein, sent out a Raikou to deal with them, but they soon found out that it was an Android Pokémon, created with Raikou's DNA, and Doctor Yung's Mirage Pokémon Research.
Sabrina managed to restrained the Android Raikou with the help of her Mega Gardevoir and Mega Gallade, and then killed it, breaking it apart into dozens of pieces.
Ein also had a Mega Houndoom, who was permanently evolved, whom Riley's Mega Lucario and Sabrina's Mega Blaziken dealth with, and a temporary Mega Gengar, who the two Gengar killed and absorbed its ghostly energies, which were very heightened.
As soon as Ein was caught, Aizen made him go to sleep and then calmly read his mind whilst Sabrina and Krane collected all the Pokéballs.
There were too many things that they wanted to take away, especially after the Scientist found the perfect batteries for the Purify Chamber, and Krane also managed to get the updated blueprint of the Purify Chamber that Cipher and created to test the success of their Shadow Pokémon experiment.
Once Aizen was done reading
Ein's mind, which took him quite some time, he killed the Scientist and then stored away all the Pokéballs and Pokémon inside the Laboratory in his Promise Ball.
He also led Krane and Sabrina to Ein's safe, where they found data on Shadow Pokémon Research, stored in a bunch of hard drives, as well as a few Mega Stones amongst other things.
The Orayen Prince than immediately led his Companions out after setting up the Self-Destruction system of the Lab, and quickly thanked all three Psychic Pokémon before sending them inside the Promise Ball again.
Krane felt his heart jump in his throat when a terrifying explosion happened at the Laboratory they were flying away from, and the shockwaves and sound of it travelled very far into the desert.
