He kept looking out into the empty dunes, focusing on whatever he was doing. It would seem we were truly an after thought. They made no offers or jests of us joining forces, they were utterly uninterested it would seem.
I was rather annoyed by the situation, but of course the hot head pretending to be a damsel in distress found a way to entertain herself.
"How did you two meet?" She asked the strange woman about her relationship with Psy, and of course she did.
"Uhhhh... Destiny?" The woman, 'Stella', didn't even seem to believe herself, or that's what her face implied.
"What kind of destiny?" The girl remained undeterred.
"The kind that forces us to fight side by side." 'Stella' was being rather cryptic, so I thought.
"Against what?" She really could never take a hint.
'Stella' would approach Jane, and placing a hand on her shoulder, she would turn her around. The strange woman would point to Psy, and all our eyes would come to rest upon him.
