The monster, a reflection of him it would seem, lowered its head. I'd get a chance to admire it, before more shenanigans ensued of course.
Its head was armored, dark purple-blackish plates covering its feline like figure, black spiraling horns half as thick as me crowning its head. Eyes, nowhere to be seen. Its back, an exposed serrated spine, its flaps, then long articulating bony tendrils with strange ends.
