From MC's Perspective:
After going through the various online posts. I decided to sleep.
The following day,
After getting out of bed, I started to do the morning routine. I spent an hour completing it.
A few minutes later,
I left the residence and went to the Golden Lightning Palace. Upon reaching there, I entered one of the essence chambers.
Today, I have decided to use the Inheritance Force in the staff training at noon. Inside the chamber, I turned on the essence function.
The world energy begins to cover the room. In the blink of an eye, the whole room was filled with the rich world energy.
I closed my eyes and started to practise the lightning method. The rune in my consciousness flickered.
A dark purple force from the world energy enters the body. I began to circulate the energy. The dark purple force energy goes through my veins.
My whole body and cells are being strengthened.
