Trixy's Pov
This day was no different from the others, but everything seemed to be changed in some way. Perhaps it is because Zyron is now mine after all that stuff—my childhood best friend no longer, not only my secret hope, but by the way, my boyfriend.
Not only that, but he planned to let me know about it every minute.
He carefully parked his car in the university lot then unbuckled his seat belt. He turned with that serious, and I must say, quite stubborn look that I was so used to, and said:
"I will take you to your class," he promised me.
I looked a bit puzzled. "You don't really have to, Zay. Still, aren't you going to have your class?"
"I want to go to the class of my girlfriend," he said as if he couldn't stop himself from grinning. "Is there something wrong with that?"
Instantly my face became hot. The way he made "girlfriend" sound—as if it was the very thing he had been longing to call me his whole life—emptied all the objections in my mind.
