From the outside, a squad of armed men moved through the dense fog surrounding the mansion, their boots silent against the gravel. They spread out with practiced precision, dark figures melting into the shadows.
Figures moved across the lawn. Some crouched, still clearing bodies, others lounged by the gates, comfortable in routine. Like their greatest obstacle and war had just ended and they were now clearing the area nonchalantly. That casualness made them vulnerable.
He stood back behind one of the trees from afar, facing the mansion. His men hiding around in the distance, waiting for his command.
"Snipers, knock anything with eyes." He said finally after scanning the place even through the distance, he could see everything clearly. "Guards first, cameras second. Clean and fast. Ground team moves on my mark." He ordered. The earpiece he wore gave a light crackle, a response from them.
