Flannery called her Pokemon back to their Pokeball after healing it and then she looked at Alex with her's dark red eyes.
She showed a serious expression as she said in a cold tone, "Why are you switching your Pokemon?"
Alex continued to show a calm expression upon hearing those cold words.
He said with a small smile, "Does that matter? If you think I underestimate you, you should beat my next Pokemon and make me use Kingdra again."
Flannery looked at Alex wordlessly for a few seconds.
Then she started to smile and say "I like this method. It goes well with my style."
Alex also responds with a smile, "It's good that we get along so well."
Both had a smile on their face so that the situation that happened just a few seconds ago now seems to be fiction and not something that just happened.
Alex didn't take offense at Flannery's cold reaction and started to like her a bit more. He likes direct people who say immediately when they are unhappy or happy.
Flannery stopped talking to Alex and started calling out her strongest Pokemon.

Because Zweilous had prepared his move just a bit earlier than Tirkoal had, Flannery had no chance to react. Alex showed again that his title wasn't just for show.

Torkoal, who just had his Spe Defense and Defense decreased, suffers many injuries from the vibration this move caused.
Master-rank [Crunch] + Hustle + Stab is Zweilous' strongest move or at least the second strongest move but not the best option against Torkoal who has a very high defense.
An [Earth Power] close to the target deals more damage against Torkoal.

A master-rank [Draco Meteor] + stab against Torkoal mediocre or now bad Sp. Defense would do more damage than [Earth Power] even though it was very effective against Torkoal.
As for the chance of the very slow or now somewhat slow Torkoal dodging this move is ridiculously low and not something Alex would consider.
Torkoal ran towards Zweilous while he was preparing his move and Zweilous ran away from him as he was also preparing his move.
Zweilous did this without having received direct orders from Alex because Alex had trained all his Pokemon to always run in the direction of the opponent when preparing melee moves and special moves like [Earth Power] or [Earthquake] when he says nothing. And when preparing ranged moves and status moves, always stay in the outer range of the respective move's range.
This is the default for all of Alex's Pokemon when he doesn't say anything. Although Alex often gives more precise commands, Alex still trained his Pokemon so that they are effective fighters even without him.
Zweilous finished his move and several meter-wide meteoroids appeared above him. But they didn't even stay in the air for half a second before they all started falling in the direction of Torkoal.
Torkoal couldn't do anything but try to dodge.
Unfortunately, this attack was too fast and too dense for Torkoal to dodge.
Torkoal's body was full of injuries and his life energy (HP) was completely depleted. Also, his condition was extremely bad considering half his body was covered in blood.

Torkoal uses Earthquake and Zweilous takes quite a lot of damage but not nearly enough to defeat him.

in the pokedex, it says Deino is blind but that itself is not to be found in the next two evolutions. So I decided that Zweilous is not blind but short-sighted. and that Hydreigon can see normally.
apart from the fact that I won't take over everything from the Pokedex anyway because the Pokedex had pushed complete nonsense with some Pokemon.
