Travis too wanted to embody this philosophy. That starting desire he held when he first regressed. To be so strong he could single handedly face everyone he originally deemed too high to reach. With a strength to contend against the mighty Guilds, with a reputation that spoke for itself.
He had obtained these things, and thus his flame for his developing philosophy began to wane. Once he obtained Origin's Stash, he reached a level of strength that shouldn't be contested within the same Stage.
Yet watching Averoth's confidence, and the skill he held to back it up, Travis once again found himself wanting this ideal! Aiming higher than the peaks the players had reached, instead he wanted to go above the limits even the NPCs could reach!
