Lin Mu's mocking only enraged them further. One captain took out a small vial of glowing green liquid.
"This poison can melt the organs of a body cultivator in seconds. Drink it, boy, unless you want your future to be even more painful."
Lin Mu smiled gently. "I see. Poison. How authentic... Very well. Hand it over."
Even the captains hesitated for a moment. But the man pushed it into Lin Mu's hand.
Lin Mu uncorked it and sniffed. There was a mild fragrance like pine needles.
"Wood elemental poison," Lin Mu observed.
He then drank it in a single gulp. "Pleasant taste. A little bitter. Quite refreshing."
The captains stared at him in disbelief.
He then held out his hand. "Do you have more?"
The second captain cursed and grabbed a stronger vial. "Try this."
Lin Mu drank that one too.
Then the next. Then the next. The captains grew increasingly pale as Lin Mu swallowed one vial after another as if indulging in a tasting session.
