The small alien are wears a burly robe with a white hood and a button under his cloak. Underneath his robe, he is dressed in a black cassock with a gold-colored castle emblem on a red background with a light blue line on the side of the background. Underneath the cassock, he wears black pants and blue shoes. He maybe look weak in the outside but his power are almost on par with kami.
He want to get his revenge for his father who was sealed away by kami in the fight for the throne of Earth administrator. Garlir Jr was his name and he was ready to get his revenge, but before that he need to collect Dragon Ball so he can gain immortallity.
So he asking all his subordinate to collect the Dragon Ball for him. Sadly a years has not passes yet after Goku and Bulma collecting the Dragon Ball so right now the Dragon Ball are still not active yet.
