Views are a heavily inflated stat. This can be done in a multitude of ways. Some people embedded streams into websites to cause any visitor of the website to count as a viewer. Lots of people either used or bought bots to fake views.
Some things such as ticktock and shorts, just have massively inflated views from people just scrolling through.
