Upon closer inspection, the man transformed into a crane and the member of the Flying Spirit Tribe who caught him bore many differences from ordinary humans. Their faces resembled humans, but their ears were pointed, and atop their heavenly spiritual covering was a round, crimson bulge.
As for the black-robed young man who had transformed into the monstrous bird earlier, a small black horn appeared on his forehead, and a pair of fangs protruded several inches from his mouth.
As for the hundreds of onlookers from the Flying Spirit Tribe, they too had differences from humans, some more significant, others just slight variations. Yet all of them, more or less, bore pairs of wings on their backs—long, short, gray, red, and in many varied colors.
Clearly, all of these people were of the Flying Spirit Tribe.
