At that command, Bent responded with a flushed face, "Understood!"
He then passed the informant and left the office.
The Duke watched the half-closed door, then heavily sat down in his chair. It wouldn't take long for the capable Bent to finish the task.

The Duke sighed a long breath, pressed his forehead, and lowered his head. His mind was in turmoil.

The Duke shook his head to dispel the intrusive thoughts. He separated his heavy lips and said to the still prostrate informant, "Leave only one contact at the villa and have the rest search for Sylvia."
