The morning was quiet in the house… it was around eight-thirty.
Elaf was still deeply asleep, wrapped in the warmth of her bed as the day slowly began to rise.
Suddenly, the door burst open, and Salma rushed in, shouting:
"Elaf! Wake up! That's enough sleeping!"
Elaf stirred under the covers, her voice heavy with sleep.
"Mmm… Salma? What's going on?"
Salma stepped closer to the bed, her voice loud and commanding:
"You don't get to stay in bed! We're going out today… come on, get up!"
Before Elaf could respond, her mother Linda's voice came sharply from the kitchen:
"Elaf! Are you up or not yet?"
Elaf slowly sat up, replying,
"I'm up, Mom… just a minute."
Linda's voice grew harsher:
"No 'just a minute'! Everyone's been up working since early morning, and you're still in bed!"
Salma let out a sly laugh.
"You heard your aunt… you better get up."
Elaf shot her a narrow look.
"You're clearly enjoying this."
Salma laughed lightly, then raised her voice again, almost tugging at the blanket:
"Come on… move! I've got a surprise for today!"
From the kitchen, Linda called out again, her tone impatient:
"Elaf! Get dressed and come have breakfast… I don't want to repeat myself!"
Elaf got up without saying a word… but she could already feel it—
this day wasn't going to be like any other.
Salma smirked arrogantly as she walked out of the room.
"You'll see… everything today is on me."
Elaf stood there for a moment, still half-asleep…
unaware that Salma had already set an entire plan in motion for the day.
