The night was burning.
Screams echoed through the city as flames devoured everything in their path. Buildings collapsed, people ran, and heroes… stood frozen in fear.
At the center of the chaos stood a man dressed in black.
Cold eyes. No emotions. No mercy.
"Ayaan…" one of the heroes whispered, his voice trembling. "The strongest villain…"
Ayaan didn't reply.
He simply raised his hand—
and the ground beneath them shattered.
In a single moment, everything fell silent.
No one dared to move.
Because everyone knew… if he wished, this entire city would disappear tonight.
But Ayaan wasn't looking at them.
His eyes were fixed on something far away… something only he could see.
A memory.
"Why are you always so quiet?"
A soft voice broke the silence.
Years ago, under a calm night sky, a boy sat alone on a bench.
"For no reason," he replied coldly.
The girl smiled and sat beside him anyway.
"My name is Meera."
He didn't look at her.
"What will you do knowing my name?"
She laughed softly. "I don't know… maybe we could become friends?"
For the first time, Ayaan felt something strange.
Warmth.
Back to the present—
Ayaan's hand slowly clenched into a fist.
The flames around him grew wilder.
"Stop this madness!" a hero shouted. "You've destroyed enough!"
Still… no response.
Because for Ayaan, this wasn't destruction.
This was silence.
A way to quiet the chaos inside his heart.
"Promise me… you'll never change…"
Meera's voice echoed in his mind.
Ayaan's eyes darkened.
"I'll always stay with you."
A lie.
A broken promise.
A ruined love story.
Suddenly—
Ayaan disappeared.
Before anyone could react, he was standing right in front of the hero who spoke.
The man froze.
Fear gripped his soul.
"You all call me a villain…" Ayaan finally spoke, his voice low and deadly.
"But no one ever asked… what made me one."
BOOM—
In the next second, the hero was thrown across the street, crashing into the ruins.
Everyone stepped back.
No one dared to fight.
Because this wasn't a battle.
This was a massacre.
Ayaan looked up at the burning sky.
For a moment… just a moment—
His eyes softened.
"Meera…"
Her name slipped from his lips like a curse.
Or maybe… a prayer.
"Sir, should we attack?" someone whispered.
The leader shook his head.
"No… we can't win."
Ayaan turned away.
The flames slowly died down.
He had no interest in killing them all.
Not tonight.
Not anymore.
Because deep inside—
The strongest villain was already broken.
As he walked into the darkness, his voice echoed one last time—
"This isn't the story of a villain…"
A pause.
"…this is the story of a love that turned a man into a monster."
To be continue.....
