*Chapter 2: The Unexpected Encounter*
I devoured my momos, sneaking glances at her. She seemed lost, scrolling through her phone with a mix of confusion and frustration. I debated whether to approach her, but my feet seemed glued to the spot.
As I waited for the bill, she looked up, catching my eye again. This time, she smiled awkwardly and asked, "Excuse me, do you know this address?" She showed me her phone – it was a place in Connaught Place.
"Yeah, it's not far. I can show you," I said, instantly regretting my chivalry. What if she's a serial killer or something?
We walked side by side, navigating through the crowds. She introduced herself as Aisha, and I mumbled my name, Arjun. The conversation flowed easily – turns out we were both lost in the city, trying to find our footing.
As we reached the address, she turned to me and said, "Thanks, Arjun. Want to grab a coffee?"
Now what? Do I say yes and risk getting late for my job interviews tomorrow, or do I play it cool?
What do you think I should've done?
