Sometimes, questions have no answers. In my story, there are no answers to the questions. Where does my story begin? When I was born... Just kidding. Not that far back. My story begins in the 10th grade.
By the way, I'm 3crin. Why is my name spelled like that? Because I think it looks beautiful. ;)
Summer break was over. Everyone was returning to their old lives. But I… I was stepping into a completely different life. When I arrived at school, I thought: "I hope the teachers explain the lessons well." As for friends, I had lost all hope.
I sat in the middle of the very first row. Everyone in class knew each other. I was all alone. Hearing people laugh reminded me of the times they laughed at me in middle school. My chest felt tight; I felt restless.
Three days later, I noticed a girl. She looked a lot like my neighbor's daughter. Just because of that, I felt close to her. After meeting her, the wounds that were slowly closing would open once again.
"Hi, I'm 3crin. What about you?"
The girl was writing something. She closed her notebook quickly. Was she writing something embarrassing?
"I'm Selin."
"Nice to meet you, Selin."
"You too."
Selin wore glasses just like me. I judged her in my head: "She must be hardworking. Maybe she'll even motivate me."
