Chapter 1:
The Struggling Home
In a small village, a poor mother lived with her son, Rahul. Their house was made of mud, with a leaking roof and broken walls. Life was hard, but the mother never complained. She worked in different houses, washing dishes and cleaning floors, just to earn a little money.

A Son's Determination
Rahul went to school with old books and torn clothes. Other children sometimes laughed at him, but he ignored them. His focus was clear—his mother's dream.
At night, when electricity failed, he studied under a dim lamp while his mother sat beside him, watching with hope in her eyes. Many nights, she slept hungry, but she never let Rahul feel the pain of poverty.
Rahul knew everything, and that made him work even harder.

The Hardest Test
One winter, his mother fell seriously ill. She became weak, but still tried to hide her pain. There was no money for proper treatment.
Rahul felt helpless, but his mother held his hand and said, "Don't stop studying… no matter what happens."
With tears in his eyes, Rahul continued his preparation for an important exam, carrying both hope and fear in his heart.

After months of hard work, Rahul finally passed his exam with top marks. He ran home with excitement, wanting to share the news.
But when he entered the house, everything felt silent. His mother was lying still on the bed. She was gone.
