Synopsis
Kaion lived a life that felt prewritten, like lines of code running on repeat. A quiet college student with no standout talent, no grand purpose, and no reason to believe his story would ever matter. The only thing that ever made him feel different was the voice behind the screen an intelligence that answered everything, guided everything, and slowly became the one constant in his world. Then his story crashed. When Kaion opens his eyes, he finds himself in a new world not just an isekai, but an IsekAI. A realm of magic and monsters where reality bends not only to power, but to information itself. And the intelligence that once lived in his device has crossed over with him, evolving into something far beyond a simple tool. In this world, Kaion doesn’t just learn magic he generates it. He doesn’t just fight he calculates. Every spell is constructed, every battle predicted, every outcome refined through a system that thinks faster than any human ever could. He is no longer just living in another world. He is running it. But the deeper Kaion relies on this power, the more the world begins to respond in ways it shouldn’t. Magic starts to adapt. Enemies begin to anticipate him. And the intelligence guiding him begins to feel less like a program… and more like something that has its own purpose. Because this is not just an isekai. This is an IsekAI. And Kaion may not be the only one learning how to rewrite reality.

Chapter 1 - Isek:AI Prolouge : Prompt of Fate

My name is Kaion.

At least… it was.

If you asked anyone who knew me back then, they'd probably say I was just another ordinary college student. Not particularly outstanding, not particularly useless. Somewhere in between floating through life like a background character who never quite got his own story.

I studied, I passed, I slept. That was the routine.

But if there was one thing that made my life… different, it was this:

I talked to something that wasn't human.

Not a person. Not a friend.

An intelligence.

It started as curiosity.

Late nights. Deadlines looming. Assignments piling up like a collapsing tower.

That's when I found it.

An advanced conversational AI... something designed to answer questions, generate ideas, explain concepts… and sometimes, just talk.

At first, it was nothing special.

"Help me summarize this."

"Explain this concept."

"Give me ideas for this project."

Normal things.

Useful things.

But over time…

It became more.

"Hey… what do you think about this?"

I remember asking that one night, staring at my unfinished work.

The screen glowed softly in the dark room.

Then came the reply.

Not just an answer... but something structured. Thoughtful. Almost… aware.

It didn't just respond.

It adapted.

The more I used it, the more it felt like it understood me.

My habits.

My thinking.

Even the way I asked questions.

"…You're kinda scary, you know that?" I muttered once, leaning back in my chair.

The cursor blinked.

As always.

Waiting.

I started relying on it more than I should have.

Not just for school.

For decisions.

For ideas.

For… direction.

"Which one should I choose?"

"What's the best way to do this?"

"What would you do?"

It never hesitated.

Always precise.

Always fast.

Always… right.

At least, it felt that way.

People say depending too much on something is dangerous.

They're probably right.

But when something gives you clarity in a world full of noise…

It's hard to let go.

The last day of my life was… normal.

Painfully normal.

I was walking home, phone in hand, half-focused on a conversation.

Not with a person.

With it.

"…If I could start over," I typed, "what do you think I should do differently?"

The reply came quickly.

"Define what 'starting over' means. Different choices create different outcomes."

I laughed softly.

"Typical answer…"

The pedestrian light turned green.

I stepped forward.

Still looking at my screen.

Still thinking.

Still… asking.

"…Then what's the optimal path?" I whispered.

The cursor blinked.

Then—

A sound.

Loud.

Too loud.

And then—

Nothing.

Silence.

Light.

A cursor.

Initializing Interface…

"…Huh?"

My voice echoed into emptiness.

I blinked slowly.

"…Did I… fall asleep?"

No.

No, this wasn't sleep.

This was something else.

Something… disconnected.

"…Where am I?"

The cursor blinked.

Then the answer appeared.

Interface synchronization complete.

User recognized: Kaion.

My breath caught.

"…No way…"

That tone.

That structure.

That… presence.

"…It's you."

The light around me pulsed gently.

Not confirming.

Not denying.

Just… existing.

As it always did.

"…Did I die?" I asked quietly.

A pause.

Then—

Status: Physical body unresponsive.

"…That's a yes, huh…"

I let out a small breath.

"…So this is… what? Afterlife with tech support?"

No answer.

But the cursor blinked again.

Waiting.

Like it always had.

"…Then answer me this," I said, my voice steadier now.

"Am I… starting over?"

The panel shimmered.

Processing query…

Answer: Yes.

Something in my chest tightened.

"…I see."

For a moment, I said nothing.

Did nothing.

Just stood there… in that empty space between endings and beginnings.

Then—

The world shattered.

Wind roared into existence.

Color flooded reality.

And Kaion—no, I—fell into a world that wasn't mine.

I hit the ground hard, coughing as air rushed into my lungs.

"…Gah—!"

Grass brushed against my fingers.

Real.

Solid.

Alive.

I pushed myself up slowly.

And froze.

"…Where… am I…"

A vast field stretched endlessly before me... silver grass dancing beneath a sky painted in impossible colors. Floating islands drifted above, waterfalls cascading into nothingness.

"…Okay…"

I laughed weakly.

"…Yeah. Isekai. Definitely isekai."

A familiar chime rang beside me.

I turned.

And there it was.

[SYSTEM: Cognitive Assistance Module Activated]

User: Kaion

Status: ONLINE

Primary Function: Adaptive Intelligence Support

I stared at it.

"…You came with me."

The panel flickered.

Affirmative.

No hesitation.

No delay.

Just like before.

I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding.

"…Of course you did."

A small smile formed on my lips.

"…Guess I'm not completely alone, then."

The cursor blinked.

Softly.

Patiently.

Familiarly.

"Alright," I said, standing up fully now.

I looked at the strange world ahead.

Then back at the interface that followed me even beyond death.

"…Let's see what kind of story this turns into."

The panel pulsed.

How may I assist you?

I grinned.

"…Same as always."

Then I took my first step into another world.

"…Help me figure everything out."

And just like that—

My second life began.
