It was the last weekend before exams, and five colleges friends decided to escape the city for a weekend adventure Mira Kaur, curious and brave, led the group Arin Shah,calm and logical followed her,while Tara mehra clutched her backpack nervously. Rohit Verma,the jokester, tried to mask his own unease with sili remarks, and Nisha Rao, quite but sharp-eyes, noticed everything- the rustle of dead leaves, the sudden cold gusts, and shadow that seemed to move on their own.
The destination was a silent hollow a village abondent decades ago, hidden deep in the forest local stories and Warned that anyone who entered the at night never returned the same-- or something didn't returned at all. The mansion at the heart of the hollow had shattered windows like empty eyes, it walls blackened and crumbling. The air is smelled of damp earth and decay, and the trees around seemed to lean closer, their graneled branches scratching the foggy sky
As they approached, the iron gates moaned Open,as if inviting them.
A soft whisper echoed in the fog, repeating their names ---" miraa,Arin, tara --" though no one else was there the ground beneath their feet felt colder with each step, and low, almost inaulidible hum seemed to vibrate through the air. Mira gripped her flashlight tightly
" No TURNING BACK NOW",SHE SAID,her voice trembling silently
And with that the college friends crossed into silent hollow.. where shadow watched, and every sound could be their last.
