It was an early morning, a young girl was curled up in bed and sun rays drifted lightly on her face. Perhaps this woke her up.
Li Shenya stirred on the bed, opening her eyes she was stunned to find herself at her old apartment. Soon she began yelling her children names "Shenhui", "Hui", "where is your sister? Hui, Shan"
She first struggled to get out of bed but realized it was rather easy to stand up. Running to the living room as she yelled her kids names.
She began rummaging the rooms yelling, finally she saw her reflection on the mirror.
Frightened, she fell on the floor. Standing up with shaking breath she stared at her image dumbfounded.
Was this really her? No it was impossible she had aged and with Peripartum Cardiomyopathy, she looked sickly and pale. In fact she had thought she died yesterday.
What was going on? She sat on the floor for a few minutes. Then ran to check the calendar 12 August 2002. How was this possible? She was so sure it was already 2020.
She should be dead, living her children behind.
How was she back, maybe that was a nightmare, she never died.
She was just 20, how could she have such a horrible dream. She still hasn't won the trust fund, gotten into her dream university to study fashion designing or married her boyfriend.
How ridiculous! She was frightened by such a weird dream. She began humming a melody as she moved to the kitchen to make something to eat. Her phone rings it's her boyfriend mother.
Panic fills her, it's just like the dream. The day before her boyfriend arrives his mother calls her and tried to convince her to marry early. Even her own mom called saying the same thing.
They agreed she wouldn't change her status and since she was in her last year, a private ceremony was enough and she would complete her degree before anyone knew.
So she relented and agreed despite the risk of expulsion.
Ignoring the call, she moves back to her room to record all the major information and events from her dream.
She would watch this few days if it was exactly like her dream. Then she would wreck havoc all other those who hurt her and snatched her things.
She lost her appetite and decides to lie back on the bed. She would sleep today off.
And check to see if tomorrow is exactly like she wrote down.

'Yes mom' the daughter chimed 'This is why you you refused to get a certificate so you can run away' Gu Erzi continues twisting the truth.
A crowd slowly forming as people at the market stopped to listen.
'Mother, sister why would you twist the truth, that was the agreement besides I have received the marriage certificate Lu Huiayu is just a friend.
'Just a friend and you gave my brother's only heir to him and you happy laughing over my brother's death'
'What Gu Huizhe is dead?' she asked shocked.
'Look at her pretending you wicked things'the woman screamed as she grabbed her hair slapping the still shocked woman. 'Did government officials came here and informed why are you pretending?'
Lu Huiayu pries off the old woman hand to which she screams even louder falling on the ground 'Help me, help this adulterous widow planned to runaway before my son's death and now is rejoicing openly with another man'
The people faced changed as the looked at her with disdain some whispering about how the thought she was a good woman suffering but now they see even her illness is a punishment because of her poor conduct.
Crying she asks the man to leave before helping the woman off the floor. She pleads with her saying she would follow her back. Before turning back to pack her and her kids things.
The woman disdainful voices and loud insults could still be heard, as for the kids she held them to prevent her from running.
Gasping she woke up immediately from the dream it felt so real, she could still hear the curses and her children pleading with women to stop cursing their mother.
She held her hair her scalp hurting, her eyes still clouded by the dream. She couldn't even recognize reality. Still reminiscing on the dream she began questioning: Was she the Shenya there? Was yesterday a dream?
Hearing the doorbell ring she immediately goes to open it.
"Shenyu", "sister how are you?" Two voices immediately shouted. "It's mean Huizhe's mom, how are you doing?"
Still frozen, Li Shenyu stares at them. Her eyes still fogged.
Embarrassed, Gu mother continues "I brought his sister along, I hope it's no problem we decided to drop by"
"Come in" she answers robotically, heading to the kitchen.
She pours the boiled water in a basin and then grabs a sharp kitchen knife.
"When is that damn girl" Gu mother whispers. I have to convince of marriage before your brother arrives or her mom calls
"Maybe..." Before she could finish she is splashed with hot water screaming like pig about to be led to the slaughter house.
"Still rubbing her skin and screaming" Gu Erzi glared at her. Running to her mother's side she yelled even louder.
Gu mother displeasure finally showed on her face instead of hiding in her eyes.
She Screamed " How dare you touch my daughter, ehhhhh, sitting on the floor she cried for sympathy.
The listening neighbors tried to persuade her o stand up but instead laid down crying even louder.
Li Shenya hurried to the house before shutting it behind her. Carrying the knife she hid behind her.
Shenyu grabbed Gu Erzi hair. Then slapped her until she was satisfied with the swollen pig face, before cutting big chunks of her hair haphazardly.
