Ironridge City was already alive before sunrise.
Today was Awakening Day, the day that could change every student's future.
Aiden stood among the crowd, staring at the massive Awakening Hall.
Students around him were excited, whispering about the powers they might awaken.
But Aiden felt nothing. People like him rarely awakened anything.
One by one, students stepped into the glowing machine.
"Fire Affinity!"
"Wind Magic!"
"No Awakening."
When it was Aiden's turn, he felt the needle enter his arm.
Nothing happened.
"No Awakening," the scientist said.
Aiden turned to leave.
But a sharp pain exploded in his head.
A voice echoed inside his mind.
[System Activated]
A glowing blue window appeared.
[Legendary Beast System]
Aiden stared at the notification.
[First Beast Available]
He read the name and froze.
