Inside the first-grade classroom, a ninja with a pineapple-shaped hairstyle looked at the young Naruto who had burst in, erupting in anger.

As a boy, Iruka's parents sacrificed themselves during the Nine-Tailed Fox's rampage, causing Iruka to initially resent Naruto, who sealed the Nine-Tailed Fox. But Iruka eventually let go of his resentment and patiently taught Naruto.
Unfortunately, neither the previous young Naruto nor Uzumaki Naruto in the storyline ever realized this until he was about to graduate from the Ninja Academy.
Now, the young Naruto had awakened. He understood Iruka's heart and naturally wouldn't let Iruka down; he would study hard!
