- How dare you! You are the pillar of this place! Have you gone crazy? Why only your life? Sael Sadrac, you'd better explain this! —
I was more than upset and frustrated. I knew that the oath of a ruler was not made easily, I thought of asking for it to calm me down, but I didn't expect something like that. I didn't expect this damn fact at all, which they told me, I didn't know that he only put his life at stake. And the stubborn, as always, as the ruler he is, did not open his mouth. He didn't say anything. Absolutely, nothing, even after asking him for minutes to talk, it was frustrating, at least an excuse, at least a reason. There were also the princes who fled the room, he couldn't believe it, he could have asked one of them, but they fled, they just left.
They betray him and flee, leaving his brother against me!
He was going to do something childish, he knew it, but let's see if that way he could think a little. He loved Sael, and it bothered him that he didn't tell him something so delicate. I knew I loved him madly, but putting his life, that's it!
I take a breath and finally speak.
"Well, if you don't want to talk." Then get out of my room, I don't want to see you anymore. Get out! -he shouted annoyed.
Sael nodded without further ado. And that bothered him even more, but he asked him, so I watched him withdraw. He felt bad, partly when he saw him go depressed. But why did he do that? I knew I loved him, but at that level? Was that bow really that deep? Would he feel the same? The princes must be furious, well, I was. It was noticeable by both older princes, but they still fled leaving Sael. He would also retaliate against them, how they can abandon their ruler, how to abandon their brother, at least they had to protect him, take care of him or help him.
This family was a mess.
- Simply, for today I was going to sleep, tomorrow I would take some prince and squeeze the brain to tell me why that oath is important, and if there is a way to change it. -

The next morning, when he got up, he felt absolutely all the different hell. He was much more sensitive to emotions, but what confirmed some change was seeing Sack's face.
What was Sack doing here?
Why was he here?
And the stables? I should work there.
He had many questions, but right now he was better kept under observation. Especially because he doesn't like Sack, for the first time in a long time, he knew that his heart had emotions beyond forgiveness and apologies.
"Good morning, Sack." Excuse me, but what are you doing here? - I spoke softly, Sack offered me a somewhat tense smile. - Sack? -
"I'm sorry about yesterday, Mr. David, I'm here because no one else wants to serve you, although I've been tense these days, I'll take care of you well." I speak with absolute calm, Sack.
I had a very bad feeling with Sack.
"What time is it?" I Stretched my body, completely ignoring the last words, not even crazy, I was going to allow him to approach him, knowing, no, rather, intuiting that he had feelings for her, no, for Sael. I completely ignored that he was following me, and I approached the bathroom in the room.
"Around nine in the morning, sir."
"Why doesn't anyone want to serve me?" I asked doubtfully, although I felt that it was something beyond a few simple words from Sack.
"I don't know." Mr. David.— he lied, he could see his soul vibrate, as Sael explained. Something had happened while I was sleeping, this was uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable, to the point that I felt a feeling of anger and disgust, not towards those who did not serve me, I felt that someone was damaged everything I had tried to learn and understand from people.
"I understand."
Sael, do I order you more things?
For now he would deal with Sack, and then he would ask what happened so that no one would want to attend to him. He doesn't remember treating anyone badly, any servant, nor the guard has treated badly. This is very stressful, but above all worrying, I didn't want the town, Sael's home to leave him aside, he loved this place more every day, its people, its people, the smiles and the affection that resided in this home.
"Sael, where is he?" he asked curiously, he wanted to see him. And talk a little with him, although he doubted very much that that would be done, he was stubborn, so it was better to hunt one of his brothers.
"Your majesty is busy." Sir. -Sack spoke handing him a clean towel for him to shower. - I'll prepare your robes.... Will it come out? —
"Yes, I need to see the princes and talk to Sael." I report. He closed the door and finally sighed, strangely he felt alert with Sack. It was so strange to see him there, when they dispatched him yesterday.
He was going to talk to Sael. No one would get in the way of this, so
Sack needed to see his family, and for his humanity to return. He didn't want him to suffer, or commit something stupid, but he felt that Sack was hiding something, he was anxious, and constantly more if he approached Sael. Even if he liked it, it had to be something more. The shower was a little longer. He felt strangely exhausted, he knelt in front of the window, but was interrupted.
"Mr. David, will you continue to do this?" Sack asked.
"Excuse me?" I asked surprised.
"This is... praying to God." Shouldn't you give that attention to the princes? - he sneered with a somewhat derogatory tone, but I felt something else. That made me upset, he had really tried to insinuate what he believed, that was far beyond any biting comment he had given him.
"Sack!" I shouted at him, and he finally came to his senses, he could see himself between mortified, but in his eyes you didn't notice any guilt. Not a hint for that comment.
What the hell was wrong with him? He didn't understand Sack, this was too much for him, he thought he was a good boy, and they could get along.
"I'm sorry." I whisper like an empty monologue.
I was surprised, I didn't expect this from Sack. It was weird, I changed a lot, but especially more today, it's as if I had completely lost my mind. This was tiring, but this was beyond what he believed, this was simply disgusting, insinuating an intimacy with Sael's brothers.
A side effect in the underworld or for praying?
Should I pray out of his sight?
Should I ask for his soul?
Would that hurt him, or should he just wait for Sael to talk to him?
I sighed and sitted my robe. He had to take everything calmly, maybe he was uncomfortable with others with his prayers and that's why they don't want to treat him, but even so, Sack gets on his nerves, something is wrong with the boy. I deeply hoped that it was not something beyond a simple falling in love or an annoyance for his prayers.
"Let's go outside, then I'll do my things." I left without saying more and Sack followed me quickly.
The silence was tense and annoying. But he didn't talk to Sack, he didn't want to make him more uncomfortable than he already was. When we left the huge tower. I met the twins and the vampire.
"Astaroth, Ascelin, and he is?" I asked, waiting curiously for the name of the vampire.
"Oh, he's Jonathan." Well, David, he is our destiny. Our couple. Speaking of couple, how is that oath? Did he really give it to you? -Ascelin smiled excitedly.
"We can't tell you, Sael forbade us to tell you." But, Sael never said that we shouldn't tell you that because of yesterday's oath he got him into trouble, so now he's in a meeting. -Ascelin murmured amused.
That was confusing, they couldn't tell him, but at the same time they gave him information, so possibly this information is directly linked to the oath, interesting, but above all worrying, if this brought problems, he didn't like that at all, especially if those problems complicated Sael.
"Swearing in?" Sack whispered next to Jonathan.
"Oh, our brother, I swear here to the present that I would never hurt him and ask him to serve. But I swear by his life, not by both. My brother is definitely captivated. - Before those last words from Ascelin, he remembered his goal.
"Yes, tell me about that oath," he smiled excitedly, scaring the twins. I hoped that his ban was not a magical royal order, if not I could not find out enough. - Don't even dare to run away, or I'll tell Sael that they entered the trophy room. They were forbidden to tell me, worse it was not a magical decree or royal order. So they inform me, and I didn't tell Sael about his little escapes to the trophy room. - Both twins gasped at my threat, but above all how I knew they had gone there.
"How do you know we went there?" I just smiled. "Well, shit, whatever." You're right, it's not a royal order or a magical decree. —
Both twins looked at each other with doubt until Astaroth finally spoke.
—That oath is put into play for both lives, it is usually used between commitments, or important pacts. The fact that Sael did it only on his side, has left a chaos. Why chaos? The chaos was generated because that oath was made by a ruler, to a soul. Which can be negative if the ruler is used, but you know what the point of all this is, is that Sael did not make the oath just here. -Astaroth sighed.
"What my brother is trying to say is that Sael made that oath valid in all universes." Ascelin took Jonathan's hand. "What it means that Sael will not be able to bend you anywhere, he will serve you as a devoted lover and protect your life in every universe, even at his expense."
He felt a knot of nerves in different parts of his body, worst of all is that his ears felt hot. It was too embarrassing to know that even another world knows about that pact. Of those words, of knowing that Sael loves him so much that way, but above all knowing that his lover did not hesitate to say those sweet words.
"Did it bring problems to Sael?"
"Oh, many." Especially with those in the sky. Since such an oath, with a touch of absolute protection, is given only to the spouse. Well, you just need to say yes and he will make you a consort, although that is almost done—Ascelin smiled, ignoring Sack's gasp. But he did notice it. -Don't you like my brother? -
"Like?" As a ruler? -he asked embarrassed. Trying to pretend not to understand, he didn't want to get into those issues, least of all with Sael's brothers.
"Don't be an idiot, you know what we're talking about," Astaroth sneered.
"David!" that scream startled everyone present, Ramy's shrill voice was. His saving voice, he was excited. "Sael is looking for you!" he said smiling enormously at him.
"Sael?" Wasn't he in a meeting? -he asked at his words, he was confused, first he was busy, then not, then in a meeting.
"Yes." That's why I came to look for you: the leaders of the worlds want to meet who I swear to his pride. - Ramy mocked, he had noticed that a lot, and his brothers, whenever they could, made fun of him.
Wait, if I was looking for it, I meant that I would have to see other gods. If before he felt knots in his body, now it was a jumble of emotions, stress, anxiety, and tension. I couldn't believe I was going to do this madness, present it in front of everyone. Wait! Will you be able to see Los Angeles? He got up suddenly and went to Ramy, clearly followed by Sack.
I wanted to see angels, just see them. He didn't go with them, he didn't want to leave this place, he still had to give his clear answer to Sael. He didn't want to leave Sael yet, without knowing well about this emotion, but Sael, his Melej was clear about the decisions he wanted to make, his feelings were direct and firm.
"Where is Sael?"
-Sael is in the chamber of promises, you will find hundreds of beings, but don't stress. He won't dare to touch you. Sael would start a war to keep his promise, he will always protect you David, from everyone, against everyone.. - Ramy informed him while helping him get into a strange car. I look at the place, there were several guards mounted on major hippogriffs, and several of these same animals, but on land type. I observe that many souls to condemn looked at him, while several civilians looked at him with pure emotion, as if it were completely something they had hoped for, that they had the need to be there.
Except for those three guys, who looked at them with hatred, disgust and something else that he couldn't identify.
"Ramy, who are those three men?" I always see them wandering outside the walls of the big square. - he whispered.
"Ah, those bastards." David, those guys are the barons, you shouldn't get involved, they are Sael's enemies. Enemies of the royal crown, to be honest if I could I would just kill them. And his daughters have pretended Sael for more than ten years. Sael unfortunately doesn't attract girls to him. Well, I guess you know that, don't you? -Ramy whispered in a mocking tone, and then turned to Sack. -Stay here, you're not necessary. We don't need you, we just need Sir David. —
"Yes, prince."
He sighed in relief when Sack stayed. He didn't feel safe, since he returned to serve the castle, he was strange and that put him on alert. He knew that he possibly liked Sael, but Sael confirmed to him that he was only admiration. After all, he saved him from eternal condemnations. He sighed exhausted, he had no mind for that.
He watched people look at him excitedly as they advanced through the streets, more than one child called him Shegal. I didn't know its deep meaning, since I still didn't fully understand the demonic language, but I knew that the meaning of this was not an insult, if it wasn't very similar to the king's wife or husband.
"It's not an insult." Ramy took him out of his mind. Of course I knew it, by the way they expressed the word it was a good thing. -From now on you are the Shegal of this place. Well, you decide that, but I really hope so. I hope soon the answer to my brother, Guis. —
- Oh. I just need time, but for the moment I will stay, I will learn from it, and I will see if I can accept that position of Sael's partner, and... - he whispered confused by the words. - What is Guis? -
- You find out, Guis. Although you can call me the same way, tell me Ramy Guis. - Ramy laughed, but he also looked excited. -
"Oh, well." He whispered, completely ignored Ramy's request, who simply made fun of me.
We took a few minutes, since, according to Ramy, they were having the meeting in Sub Zone ten. The road was slow, but he observed a lot of the areas that he had spoken to and was able to greet several citizens, which they looked excited every time they saw him. That gave him peace, he meant that only the servants felt uncomfortable with him, which was better a part of the castle than the town, Sael's home completely. He understood much of the topics that Sael, Lennor and Ziel talked to him about.
"If you want to go out, you must go out with your designated squad." Sael will inform you who they are, and what your power is over it soon. We have been late, because Sael himself is delivering your squad. - Ramy suddenly laughed, and on point out, the huge place was upsetting. - Are you ready? -
—No. —
"Well, it will have to be, let's go down." Ramy said getting out of the carriage.
As soon as we were out of the carriage, we observed an anxious Lennor. I noticed that Ziel spoke quickly with two Angels, he seemed to be upset, and Lennor seemed to be exhausted. Sael, he must be exploding it, he even looks a little plumper, will he be eating out of anxiety? Ugh, that happened to him, but who can blame him? The food is delicious.
