Chapter 3 - The Dark Gateway

The boss sat in his wooden chair, phone clutched tightly in his hands, his face flushed with tension. Every passing second felt like a punishment. He was waiting for a call from one of his gang members, and every sound in the room made him jump.

Meanwhile, Nazly was racing down the road in the boss's car, far from the bar, far from anything familiar. Her destination was her grandfather's cabin in a remote village, where no one would recognize her. Upon arrival, she found him gathering firewood in the freezing night. She didn't hesitate—she hugged him tightly, fear and relief warring inside her. She set down her bag, heavy with money and the stolen book, and sank onto a chair, struggling to catch her breath.

The boss will kill me if he finds me…she whispered, her eyes shining with fear.

Her grandfather hesitated, but his experience and old connections forced him to think quickly.

You've made a grave mistake… why did you do this?

Yes, I was wrong… but if you don't help me, they'll kill me!

A tense silence. Then, finally, he decided to help but with a stern condition: First, you must change the car's appearance and license plate.

Nazly collapsed to her knees before him, ready to do whatever he asked. He called an old friend, who immediately agreed to prepare a forged passport, ID card, and new license plate. He took the car with him, leaving Nazly alone in the cabin, her eyes glued to the door, anxiety gnawing at her chest. Perhaps the boss is already on his way…

Suddenly, she remembered the stolen book and pulled it out carefully. She glanced at the warning on the cover and smiled wryly. Seems this fool really loves his mysterious novels…

She opened the first page, reading without much attention… until the letters began to twist and writhe before her eyes.

A chill ran up her spine, and the cabin's light went out entirely. A deadly silence fell. Then a voice whispered in her ear: You are now in hell.

In that moment, she realized the book was no ordinary book. It was a gateway to a dark world, full of secrets, demons, and powers beyond imagination. Every page pushed her closer to madness… and to facing her destiny.
