Chapter 24 - Chapter 21 — The Unstoppable Crowd

The days following the appearance of the Tyrant Trial transformed Cloud Mist Peak into something no one in the Lingyuan Sect had ever seen before. What had once been a quiet mountain with barely any disciples had now become the most crowded place in the entire sect. From sunrise to late night, the stone path leading up the mountain was filled with cultivators walking in long lines, some carrying weapons, others discussing strategies, and many simply hoping to witness the legendary boss battle inside the Cloud Mist Internet Café.

At the base of the peak, disciples from different divisions gathered in groups before beginning their climb. Outer disciples spoke excitedly about the monsters they had fought inside the ruined city realm. Inner disciples debated tactics for surviving longer against the Tyrant. Core disciples observed the situation more quietly, their sharp eyes analyzing the growing phenomenon that had taken over the sect.

"Have you seen the recordings from yesterday?" one disciple asked while walking up the path.

"Yes," another replied. "Chen Yu almost defeated the Tyrant. If he had lasted another thirty seconds, he might have found its weak spot."

A third cultivator shook his head.

"That creature's defense is unbelievable. Even core disciples struggle to damage it."

Despite the difficulty, the excitement only continued to grow.

The idea that a single boss monster had defeated dozens of skilled cultivators created a powerful challenge that many could not resist. Every disciple wanted to become the one who finally defeated the Tyrant and proved their strength before the entire sect.

By the time the sun rose fully above the mountains, a massive crowd had already gathered outside the Cloud Mist Internet Café.

The once empty courtyard of Cloud Mist Peak was now filled with cultivators sitting on stone steps, training their techniques while waiting for their turn to enter the shop. Others stood around the reservation board discussing strategies, while some simply watched the glowing screens through the windows.

Inside the shop, the situation was even more lively.

Every computer station was occupied, and the waiting list had already extended far beyond the building itself. The glowing screens displayed a constant stream of intense battles.

One group of disciples fought desperately inside the Zombie Catastrophe Realm, running through narrow streets while monstrous creatures chased them through the ruined city.

Another group clashed against endless waves of soldiers inside the Battlefield Realm, where flames and explosions covered the horizon.

Meanwhile, a few advanced cultivators had begun repeatedly challenging the Tyrant Trial, hoping to be the first to defeat the boss.

Standing behind the counter, Lin Tian calmly observed the chaos.

The system panel floating in front of him displayed the shop's current statistics.

Active Players: 20

Total Visitors Today: 1,038

Spirit Stones Earned: 5,190

Lin Tian raised an eyebrow slightly.

"We finally passed five thousand."

The moment the total reached that number, another notification appeared.

DING

Expansion Requirement Achieved

Lin Tian smiled slightly.

"So the expansion is ready."

The system interface displayed the blueprint of the upgraded shop once again.

The new design showed a three-story structure with far more training machines and specialized battle chambers.

Maximum Computer Capacity: 100

Lin Tian looked around the crowded shop.

The disciples waiting inside were already struggling to find space to stand.

Outside, the waiting line stretched far down the mountain path.

"It's definitely time," he muttered quietly.

However, before he activated the expansion command, a sudden wave of pressure spread across the courtyard outside.

Several disciples near the entrance suddenly fell silent.

"What is that pressure?"

"Someone powerful just arrived!"

Lin Tian glanced toward the door.

A moment later, the entrance slowly opened.

A group of cultivators stepped inside.

Unlike the ordinary disciples who had been visiting the shop recently, these individuals wore elegant robes embroidered with unfamiliar sect symbols.

Several Lingyuan disciples immediately recognized them.

"They're from another sect!"

"Three different sects!"

The atmosphere inside the shop instantly changed.

Visitors from outside the Lingyuan Sect had appeared before, but never in such numbers.

The leading figure was an older cultivator with long silver hair tied neatly behind his back. His calm gaze slowly scanned the entire shop.

His eyes paused briefly on the glowing screens displaying the Tyrant Trial battles.

"So this is the famous place everyone has been discussing," he said calmly.

Several Lingyuan disciples whispered quietly.

"That's Elder Song from the Azure Wind Sect."

"I heard their sect is very strong."

Another cultivator standing behind him spoke next.

"Our sect has also heard interesting rumors about this place."

A third visitor nodded.

"We came to see if they were true."

Inside the shop, many disciples exchanged uneasy looks.

The influence of the Cloud Mist Internet Café had now spread beyond Lingyuan Sect.

Lin Tian calmly stepped forward.

"You are welcome to observe."

Elder Song studied him carefully.

"You must be the one responsible for this place."

Lin Tian smiled faintly.

"You could say that."

Elder Song looked around the shop again.

Disciples fighting inside illusion worlds.

Crowds discussing battle strategies.

A boss monster that even core disciples struggled to defeat.

"This training hall…"

He paused thoughtfully.

"…is extraordinary."

Lin Tian crossed his arms casually.

"It's only a place for cultivation."

Elder Song chuckled softly.

"Places like this rarely remain small for long."

Several Lingyuan disciples immediately understood the meaning behind those words.

If other sects began taking interest in the computer shop, the situation could become much more complicated.

But Lin Tian's expression remained completely calm.

Meanwhile, outside the shop, the line of waiting disciples continued growing longer.

Cloud Mist Peak, once forgotten by everyone, had now become the center of attention not only for the Lingyuan Sect…

But for the entire cultivation world nearby.

And this was only the beginning.

Because inside Lin Tian's mind, the system panel flashed once more.

DING

World Attention Detected

Lin Tian narrowed his eyes slightly.

It seemed the computer shop was about to enter a much larger stage.
