One winter morning, five friends—Rahul, Arnav, Mira, Trisha, and Sagar—decided to go on a picnic outside the city. After searching for a good place, they found a large open field near an old and abandoned palace.
The palace looked very old and mysterious, similar to the huge royal buildings like Hazarduari Palace.
The friends were excited about their picnic, but the strange palace nearby caught their attention.
When they arrived at the field, they noticed the palace standing quietly beside the field. Its broken windows and dark walls made it look very scary.
A village old man warned them,
"Many years ago, a young girl died in that palace. Since then, strange things happen there. People avoid going inside."
The friends laughed at first and thought it was just an old story
They started their picnic—eating food, listening to music, and talking. But their eyes kept going back to the palace.
Finally Sagar said,
"Why don't we go inside and explore? It might be interesting."
Even though they were a little scared, curiosity made them agree.
Inside the Palace
They slowly pushed the old door and entered the palace.
Inside, everything was covered with dust. Broken furniture and old paintings were everywhere. The air felt cold and silent.
Suddenly, a cold wind passed through the hallway.
Trisha whispered,
"I feel like someone is watching us."
