Endless Chaos – Chaos Void Plane: The Path of Belief

Chapter 6 — The First Temple

Days passed after the night of the miracle.

The village had changed.

Where fear once ruled their lives, something new had taken root.

Hope.

Every morning, the villagers gathered in the central clearing and raised their heads toward the sky. Some closed their eyes in prayer, while others whispered quiet thanks to the unseen protector who had saved them.

Their faith slowly grew stronger.

And at the center of it all stood the boy.

The one who dreamed of the golden light.

The one the tribe now called The Chosen Speaker.

He did not fully understand what had happened to him, but the warmth in his chest guided him whenever the villagers asked for help.

Sometimes he would feel a quiet presence in his mind.

A calm feeling… like distant sunlight.

It never gave him words.

Only direction.

One afternoon, the tribe gathered near the cliff where the boy had first prayed.

The chief stood before the villagers, holding a long wooden staff carved with simple symbols.

"We must honor the one who protects us," he said.

The villagers nodded.

"But how?" one hunter asked.

"We cannot see it."

The chief looked toward the boy.

The boy closed his eyes for a moment.

The warmth in his chest grew slightly stronger.

Then he pointed to the ground near the edge of the cliff.

"Here."

The villagers looked confused.

"Here?" someone asked.

The boy nodded.

"This place… feels important."

"It's where I first prayed."

The chief slowly smiled.

"Then this will be the sacred ground."

The tribe immediately began working.

Stones were gathered from the river.

Large tree trunks were cut and shaped.

Under the open sky, they built something their people had never created before.

A place not meant for living.

A place meant for worship.

Days later, the structure was complete.

A simple but powerful building made of stone and wood stood proudly on the cliff.

At the center of the temple was a large stone platform where the villagers could kneel and pray toward the sky.

The tribe gathered together as the boy stepped onto the platform for the first time.

The wind blew gently across the cliff.

Everyone fell silent.

The boy raised his head toward the sky.

Then he spoke softly.

"To the one who protects us…"

"Thank you."

The villagers knelt behind him.

Hundreds of voices whispered prayers together.

And far away in the Chaos Void Plane, something incredible happened.

Inside the growing Belief Realm, the golden spark trembled with power.

Thousands of belief threads suddenly strengthened at the same time.

The Faith Seed at the center of the realm blazed like a miniature sun.

Golden light spread across the domain.

The mist within the realm condensed rapidly.

The faint pillars grew taller.

The throne of light became solid.

And above the glowing landscape, a massive structure formed from pure belief energy.

A Divine Temple.

The moment the first temple appeared in the mortal world…

A reflection of it appeared inside the Belief Realm.

The realm expanded again, becoming far more stable than before.

The golden spark felt its authority deepen.

A new power awakened within it.

Authority of Worship — Awakened

For the first time, the Belief Realm was no longer just an anchor.

It had become a true Divine Domain.

The golden spark slowly rose above the throne of faith.

Its light now filled the entire realm.

The newborn god was growing.

But at the edge of the Chaos Void…

Darkness moved.

The ancient Chaos Devourer had drawn closer.

The monstrous creature drifted through violent chaos currents, its massive body devouring fragments of ruined planes and broken concepts.

Its hunger had grown sharper.

Because now it could clearly see it.

A glowing divine realm floating in the chaos sea.

Small.

Young.

Full of divine energy.

The Devourer's enormous eyes glowed with hunger.

Slowly, it began accelerating through the Chaos Void.

The chaotic currents twisted violently around its colossal body as it moved.

Closer.

Closer.

Closer to the fragile divine domain of belief.

Inside the Belief Realm, the golden spark remained unaware.

For now.

Because while faith had created a new god…

Chaos had already sent its first predator.
