Endless Chaos — Chaos Void Plane: The Path of Knowledge
Chapter 21 — The First Chaos Entity
The Gate of the Ten Chaos Lords continued to open.
A deep crack stretched across its massive surface as ancient seals shattered one after another. Waves of terrifying energy poured into the Chaos Void like a storm older than time.
The guardian's voice echoed with alarm.
"That realm was never meant to open."
Kael stared at the widening darkness behind the gate.
Something inside it was moving.
Something enormous.
The void itself began to distort as if reality was struggling to exist near the gate.
Then—
A hand emerged.
It was not made of flesh, stone, or energy.
It was made of pure chaos matter, constantly shifting between shapes that no mind could fully comprehend.
The guardian spoke slowly, its voice heavy with ancient fear.
"A Chaos Entity…"
The being stepped forward from the darkness beyond the gate.
Its body was colossal, towering over the ten thrones like a god standing above kings. Its form changed endlessly—sometimes appearing as a giant humanoid figure, sometimes dissolving into storms of chaotic particles.
Its eyes were endless voids.
And inside those voids…
Entire universes seemed to collapse and be reborn.
The creature spoke.
Its voice shook the foundations of existence.
"After so long…"
"The gate finally opens again."
Its gaze slowly moved toward Kael.
The pressure of that gaze alone made the surrounding void tremble.
"And a new candidate stands before the thrones."
Kael felt the immense weight of the creature's presence pressing against his mind.
But he did not look away.
The guardian spoke with caution.
"You should not be here."
"This realm belongs to the Chaos Lords."
The entity laughed.
A deep, rumbling sound that echoed across the endless void.
"The Chaos Lords?"
"Those fragile rulers are long gone."
The ten thrones flickered faintly as if reacting to the creature's words.
The guardian's pages rotated rapidly around its body.
"Explain yourself."
The entity slowly walked closer to the thrones.
With each step, waves of chaotic energy spread through the void.
Then it spoke the truth.
"The Chaos Lords did not disappear."
"They were destroyed."
Kael's eyes widened.
"Destroyed?"
The entity nodded slowly.
"There are powers older than the Chaos Void."
"Powers that refuse to be ruled."
Visions suddenly filled the space around Kael.
He saw a massive war across infinite dimensions.
Ten beings seated upon the thrones fought against something far greater—ancient forces emerging from the deepest parts of chaos.
Worlds burned.
Concepts shattered.
Even the Chaos Lords began to fall.
The entity continued.
"The Chaos Void was nearly destroyed during that war."
"Only fragments of the thrones remained."
Kael clenched his fists.
"So you opened the gate now… why?"
The creature's endless eyes locked onto him.
"To see if the new generation is worth anything."
Suddenly—
The entity raised its hand.
A storm of chaotic energy gathered around it.
"Show me, candidate of knowledge."
"Are you worthy of sitting on that throne?"
The Chaos Void trembled violently.
Even the guardian seemed tense.
Kael felt the Chaos Wonder Artifact of Knowledge glow brighter than ever before.
The artifact spoke calmly.
"First true test detected."
"Opponent classification: Ancient Chaos Entity."
"Survival probability: extremely low."
Kael slowly stepped forward anyway.
His eyes focused on the enormous creature.
"I don't seek the throne because of power."
The runes of knowledge began to surround him again.
"I seek it because I want to understand everything."
The entity grinned.
"Then let us begin."
The chaos storm exploded outward.
And the first battle of the future Chaos Lord of Knowledge had begun.
