Alex! Alex! Alex!!! ….'his dad call out his name from the hall way , but there was no response wondering where possibly he might have gone to '. Dad … ' Alex finally responded .. '. I was in the washroom easing myself when I heard you called out You need me ?.. he asked regardless of the room atmosphere.
'Yh I was calling you , you got me freaked out I was for a second worried dude ..' he said ,Alex quickly responded like correcting his fathers misconceptions 'Am fine dad what happened, you need something? ' he asked looking into his eyes .
' yeah I want you to get me something at the supermarket, and be real quick I will send you the stuff I want you to get for me so be real quick alright … ' he said with some smile he put on . ' Alex said ' Yh sure dad money ' his dad responded ' check the car I put some cash in there and please I - said - get - me - something- real quick…. Alright' he repeated himself as he counts his word one by one to make his sentence Clare to him .
' Yh Yh Yh I got this why you acting like this my first time getting you something at the supper market… dad you acting all weird at the moment. Alex quickly points out . ' Yh of course it's not your first time getting me something at the supper market, cause the last time I remember you dropping some real chick at their home for some reasons I do not understand…. Hm … Yh say am lying now ' he reminded him with some tough face of disappointment he puts on , Alex quickly position himself as he realizes where this conversation might end them both ,
' Okay! … we have pass that dad … new beginning that was in the past am a change man now …. '. Are you ? He asked him with uncertainty.
Yes dad am a changed man and I will prove it by coming real quick like you said I promise . ' Hm Hm you better or I will get your ass real spanked …. ( Alex took the car keys and quickly left for supper market but unto him a distraction awaits )
Can I add that to my bill if you don't mind ' Alex said to the young girl in front of him she gazed at him surprised . ' No don't worry I got this … ' she said with a slight smile on her face . I like your smile you are really pretty, wanna tell me your name , he said with his hands in his pocket as he moves towards her gradually …
'Am Carly Vanessa ' she said smiling continuously, she continued' what about you ?' She asked still smiling. ' Am Alex Raymond and … I live near by though and I must say your beauty is making me sin again and I might get spanked by my dad ( they both laugh) . ' I must say you are funny… ' she said . As their conversation continues two guys walks towards their direction and approached them . ' Am Harrison and this ( pointing at his friend he came with but stop for a second) .. you know me ! and you are …- Carly , so you are here having fun with Alex when I asked you to be my girlfriend and you profusely said no to me … but you are here smiling to this ( he points at Alex … but Alex immediately grab his hand with an unfriendly look he had on his face )
' Hey ! Don't even think about it …. Am not those guys you go around bulling you know… don't ever point your filthy hand at me or I will break them to pieces you can hardly think of . ' Alex said angrily. Harrison snatched back his hand from the air it was hanging. We shall see pretty girl … Harrison tried to peek her but Carly pushed backwards like seeing a shit of an elephant. Alex was about rushing him when he finally left their sight ...
Am so sorry about that ' Alex apologize but Carly rushed in … '. No it's fine we all know Harris is a jerk . Though I just moved there but he has been hooping around my ass since he saw me on campus… but I know he just want …. ' Alex cut her short . ' Enough about that - jerk ( both laugh)
'Um… can I get your contact … I mean something I can use to call you with . ' he requested politely, Carly responded ' I… I … don't think … ( he rushed in ) ' please…. ' he insisted with sad look like a new born baby rejected from breast . ' Okay .. sure before you can't sleep in the night ( she teased ). ( she took his phone handed by Alex to her as she Punched then numbers in , Alex couldn't stop staring at her with some lustful eyes . Finally she was done Alex was so happy he has never lust himself over a girl before he had never taught he feel that way he stairs at her as she takes her leave ).
POV
( Unfortunately for Alex his dad awaits him at the door front with his hands folded and disappointed facial expression, he knew he had messed up , he quietly came down from the car with the things in his hand he speedily moved passed his dad with no explanation not as if he had one to say his dad nodded and chuckled)

It was finally the next day Vanessa was all ready for class that morning she rushed to her mum in the kitchen' Carly let me drop you at school' her dad said . Venessa wait and something with your dad before going I put a lot of effort in this . She said setting the table . ' mum am getting late . Carly said . ' sit down I will drop you off today .We haven't really gotten time to ask you some certain questions we wanted to ask you since you started going to school … I mean your first time in university without home studies and you are growing….. ' he said as she cut in ' Dad am 21 years I need space . ' And that's our main fear ( she said with some rage in her eyes , her husband hit her to stop her from spilling more than she has . ' why are you guys speaking but am finding it difficult to understand, is it English …. ' she asked though it sounds funny no one smiled nor laugh. 'You have any male friend' … he asked ' Dad! can we eat pls we getting late ' Carly reminded . ( after a short while they left her parent couldn't stop staring at her in deep thought)

Carly went to school with so much thought in her mind but she didn't understand where her parents where heading towards so she try not to think about it that much as she had school stuff in her mind , as she was heading to her first class Alex approached her ….
" Hey beautiful .. " ( he smiled and said )
Hey .. ( she returned the favor) I have a class so I got to go right now . Carly said
' can we at least meet after class cause I don't really have much class attend today if you please , please say yes … ( Carly was put in deep thought ) Then she finally gave in .
P O V
It was finally class over , Carly was not having any to attend so all she had to do was meet up with Alex as arranged earlier . They decided to hang out at a restaurant not too far from the university
They kept staring at each other for a while till Alex broke the silence
" you are beautiful … today .. no ! Not like just today basically you have always been beautiful… ( he spoke in confusion but Carly cut in ) " Yh thanks I understand what you mean you are not bad your self so….. ( the waitress approached them and asked them what they are gonna take ) " Just soft drink actually "Carly responded to him with a smile . " I will take soft drink too Yh … any she will take actually ( Alex said as they all smiled . The waitress took their orders and left.

" who is she … " she asked her friends
Jenny and charlotte " The new girl In campus …. " charlotte said . " And what does she think she is doing with my man
Am going in …. "Jenny and charlotte pulled her back . " what are you doing ( they both asked). "Guys am just trying to teach her small lesson for today no big deal trust me are you with me or not ? ( she asked , they agreed )

( they both laugh) " so tell me what is the craziest thing you have ever done ? ( Alex asked)
"Um…. " she couldn't end her statement due to Riny's behavior, she rudely poured her drink on her body
" Now listen I don't care who you are but this should be the last time I see you with my man again… shit hole !! ( she said harshly and ready to fight if possible)
" it's not true Carly … (Carly stood up as she takes her leave ) .. what is the meaning of this ? Have guys lost it ..! (He harshly yelled at them. Riny quickly rushed in..) " What do you expect… going out with that thing you have never brought me out here before… and now her …! " she said wanting to fake tears .
" Am not ready for this drama . Now if you would excuse me …( he said excusing himself out ).
