Malak Vorn aimed his weapon at the jedi knight.
"Jedi…"
"Step away from the holocron right now." The jedi said, as he aimed his lightsaber defensively.
The knight next to him held his hand next to his saber but didn't draw it.
Malak quickly scanned them with his helmet. And identified as high priority figure jedi master Mace Windu and a padawan Lira Vonn.
The padawan tried to pull the Holocron behind him, but it didn't budge and began spinning. Mace Windu, the number 1 motherfucker in the entire galaxy, noticed what his padawan tried and said.
"Lira don't. But it was already too late. The holocron spinned and a force trap was unleashed.
They started walking forward. Accidentally the padawan stepped on one of the detached legs. She saw what she did and got unfocused.
"Lira don't get distracted!" Mace windu said as he continued walking forward towards the holocron.
Seeing their action no longer only focused on him Malak moved aside while still aiming at Mace Windu. He got close to the hole where the corpse was, while the jedi slowly walked towards the holocron trying to contain what was unleashed underneath. As he attched the body next to his jetpack he felt how eerie the air became. He felt tremors below him that were gradually intensifying.
And while he felt them he didn't bother to warn the jedi. He used his hook and rapidly ascended to the massive hall. From there he watched the show as he put his recorder on.
"Jedi fighter will sell well to my holonet channel." Malak thought as he watched from a safe distance.
Soon a massive unnatural hand bursted trough the floor where master Windu. The jedi expertly dodged. Next came an abominable body, stiched by the skins, of different organisms from the entire galaxy. From the back of the body came a long thin hand with a massive pincer at the end. With tiny legs keeping the massive almaganation of different species.
The monster roared and charged toward the master.
"Lyra try to take control of the holocron! I will help you when I am done with it. " Mace Windu said motherfuckerly.
He opened with combined force speed and force push. Like a moving train passing through a fat cow, the abomination was flung out trough the air. The abomination roared in mindless anger as it stood up without even a scrach. He charged towards master Windu with incredible speed. The position himself next to a wall. He masterfully dodged the almagination. The monster hit the wall hard stunning itself. Windu used the window of opportunity and slashed its legs. The sith creature roared in pain. He swung his massive hand for a backhand slap.
The master jedi backflipped out of the way. At the height of his flight he threw his lightsaber like a spear. After that he did couple of air punches which actually sped the velocity of the lightsaber. ( force push with every punch).
The lightsaber with incredible speed hit the thin hand, that was moving towards Windu. Nailing it to the wall. Next he extended both of his hands. Soon the debris of the hole floeated mid air. He swung them towards the monster that was crying of pain which was trying to get the lightsaber that nailed it to wall.
Windu pulled his saber from the monster as the debris hit the monster. Then the air stilled. Windu looked toward his padawan. And saw a sithspawn stalker. Slithering from the shadow parts of the wall.
„Lira!" the master screamed as he used force pull. To drag away the creature from the padawan. The creature barely moved. Clearly being force resistant. The creature swung his arm and actually cut the hand of the padawan.
The padawan screamed from pain and lost the minimum control that it had.
Mace Windu used force speed to close in on the sithspawn stalker. As the creature swung his other shadowy sickle Mace Windu was already there to intercept it. He used the vapaad form to channel the leaking dark side of the creature to locate its shatter points. And saw the its shatter point. He dodged and impaled it. That made the creature to liquify itself so it can dodge.
"Roooar" was heard from the debris as the abomination threw a punch to free itself.
He roared again and charged toward The Jedi knight which was rapidly striking the stalker making it smaller and smaller with every hit.
A small laughter was heard from the holocron mocking the jedi.
The abomination charged at full speed then a loud sounds pierced the air.
Three consecutive bullets hit the abomination. Each bullet pierced trough the flesh and exploded from the inside. Two in the legs. And one on the back of the skull. The creature crashed into the ground sliding from the momentum. The another shot was heard that hit the stalker. The last sithspawn liquified but that was contra-productive because the bullet was electrified. The bullet stunned monster which instinctively solidified. Mace using the WINDOW of opportunity beheaded the creature. The sithspawn shrieked as it disappeared into the shadows. Windu turned and used one his hands to use force heal on the wound of his padawan while the other to control the holocron.
But it was too late. A creepy and ancient voice was heard inside the hall.
"You failed Jedi." The voice said with joy.
Mace Windu merely grunted as he saw that the padawan stabilised. He used both hands to control the holocron and pulled it towards himself. When the holocron started moving the whole temple shaked. But that didn't stop Windu. He concentrated wholeheartedly to control the holocron.
"Time to get out." Malak said out loud as he ran away from the hole. He used the remaing fuel of his jetpack to fly away with the bounty from the temple. After he escaped he stopped recording. He trecked though the jungle. As he finally found his ship. A grey stinger mantis with red stripes. He scanned the ship for bugging devices. When he found none he got in. He put the bounty into carbonite. After that he got into the cockpit and started the engines.
The ship rapidly gained ground and passed through the stratosphere. When he was into outer space he placed the coordinates for Corusant and put an stelthy flight mode. Knowing it will take half an hour to calculate the distance from the Kashyyk sector to Corusant he put down his mask showing his striking black hair, blue skin and red eyes. He went to the armory, placed his weapons in their stands. Then made himself some caf in the kitchen. After that he went to the resting room. Where he opened his holocomm mesages. He found three new messages. He opened it and found two of messages to assassinate the same target. While the last one came from the clan chieftain to come home with a tribute and a mission. He read them slowly as he drank his caf. After that he went to the cockpit and waited for the jump.
After 6 days he entered through the Corusant's atmosphere
" Sm- 14447 purpose of visit." A bored tone was heard trough the other end.
"Request for landing on judicial tower ,related to bounty number RB-7379" Malak said as he waited.
Thirty seconds later.
" Request approved, patching you to judicial corps. Don't close the comms, Corusant control out. "
A couple of seconds later. An elderly voice was heard.
"Is the bounty dead or alive?"
"Dead." Malak responded.
Land on pad 8, I will wait you there."
After passing trough the heavy traffic of Corusant he finally landed on pad 8. He opened his hangar door. Then he got up and placed the carbonited bounty on top of a hovering platform. He pushed it towards the hangar door. From the ramp he saw 6 people with blue uniforms approaching the ship.
"Ahhh a mandalorian why I am not surprised." An elderly tone said as he walked confidently.
"Let's see the bounty." The officer said. He showed them the number of the bounty and the freezed body.
"Excellent." Your money will be patched trough in couple of days. Here is your reciept, if the money doesn't come in one week please reach to corusant judicial office, and show them the receipt. They will fix the mistake. Have a good day." The officer said as three of his subordinates pushed the bounty.
"Pleasure doing business with you." Malak said in his usual mandalorian voice. He turned around and entered his ship.
