A complex realm shaped like a world, yet possessing no discoverable boundaries. Aside from humans who have successfully completed their first Descent, this realm is inhabited exclusively by monsters known as Essence Beasts. No other life forms exist here.
• Descent
A trial established by the Origin Realm as a means to test an individual's worthiness. A Descent only concludes once its primary conflict has been resolved.
• The Chosen
A Terms for individuals who have received notification that they have been selected to undergo their first Descent. The Chosen are typically teenagers, with only a small number of adults among them.
• The Awakened
A Terms for individuals who have awakened their Essence by successfully completing their first Descent.
