Are you getting restless about marriage...?
Have you ever thought about these things at least once...?
When people think of marriage-
Some think of colorful decorations, some think of walking hand in hand,
Some think of the certainty of finding love.
But very few people stop and ask-What is marriage really?
What is its purpose?
Is it just a relationship, or something much bigger than that?
Tell me-What does marriage mean to you?
A ceremony?
Or a relationship to show off to society?
Marriage is deeper than that.
More sacred than that.
What does marriage mean?
A way to fill an empty house?
Marriage means-putting a complete stranger in the most responsible place in your life.
Taking the responsibility of his laughter, his tears, his pain, his dreams-on your shoulders.
Marriage means-
Two people from two different worlds build a new world together.
Where there will be the light of love, the shadow of responsibility, and the constant effort to achieve the pleasure of Allah.
Marriage means -
Love for Allah.
Where anger decreases,
Forgiveness increases,
And the thought of saving each other from Hell becomes the most important.
Marriage in the light of the Hadith
The Prophet said - "O youth. Whoever among you can afford to marry, let him marry. For it lowers the gaze and protects the character."
(Bukhari, Muslim)
Another Hadith states -
"Marriage is my Sunnah. Whoever turns away from my Sunnah is not from my Ummah."
He also said -
"Whoever marries has completed half of his religion."
So understand -
Marriage is not just a story of love, it is a shield to protect faith.
The real purpose of marriage is to marry to complete half of one's religion, to strengthen weak faith, and to protect the eyes from looking at forbidden things.
To protect one's character from the temptation of adultery
To be more steadfast on the path of guidance
To bring a lawful love into one's life
To find mental peace and tranquility
To perfect one's character and personality
To increase the Ummah of the Prophet
Why is marriage necessary?
Because people are tired of walking alone, coping with pride, hiding pain, and holding back tears in silent nights.
People want
To open up to someone,
To feel light on someone's shoulder,
To walk through life holding someone's loving hand.
People want
A safe heart,
A lawful shelter,
A peaceful address.
