There are only three ways a Bombshell falls.
3. Bird Dream
If a Bombshell has a bird dream, the system panics. This is because Bombshells are not supposed to dream of falling. If a Bombshell goes on to answer the mirror call and joins ARMY, she becomes a Warhead Coat.
PS: No Bombshell has survived this transformation.
