It was just a normal day, Hakusho was in school when the bell rang, declaring the end of class, so he decided to do his daily check-up on his sister, and when he reached her class, he found his sister being weirded out by some dude, he didn't even hesitate or wait before taking him by the collar and raising him two meters high over to the ground, the dude ended up kissing the ground real hard, he even lost his teeth.
The dude's ego got shaken infront of everyone else and he immediately knew to retreat, as Hakusho won this battle, and checked on his sister, her name's Yu Luna. She's 13 as of now and she's the most important person to Hakusho.
"Are you fine?" Hakusho asked.
"Yeah, if you think that boy can bother me then you might be underestimating your little sister a bit too much, don't you think?"
"Maybe, I don't know haha"
"Stupid."
As she shared this beautiful moment with each other, they could've never thought that things would go south from this point onwards. For as Hakusho was leaving school on his own, since his sister still had classes to attend, he suddenly got stabbed from the back with a kitchen knife, it wasn't critical thankfully, and he managed to push back this person...and he turned out to be the same dude from before, so he kicked him across the face as he had gotten unconscious, and then Hakusho decided to leave because he was dragging too much unwanted attention, and he wanted to attend to his wound as fast as possible, and just the next day he got back to school, because again that hit wasn't critical, but he was welcomed with a whole squad from the military, being led by an army general, who spoke and said: "You dared stab my son?!"
Hakusho was really confused as he really didn't do anything wrong, not stabbing someone's son either "what?" He asked.
"Tsk, are you just going to play dumb?!"
"What are you even talking about I've never seen you in my life."
The general didn't like what he heard and so said: "I am Gyubo Masataka, Third general of America, and you dare stab my son?!"
Hakusho thought that he hadn't stabbed anyone at all, and that he was the one who got stabbed instead, so why is this general framing him of a crime he never committed?
Gyubo has had enough, and he immediately took him to court, and it turns out, that the dude who stabbed him the other day was this general's son, and he had stabbed himself and accused him of doing that instead of himself, so and as he thought of all this, he figured that he won't be charged with anything since he didn't do anything and just defended himself, but it turned out he was wrong, for the judge was also a part of this all, the judge had been bought to judge Hakusho as of hostility, and he Decided to send him to jail, even considering his young age, he still gave him ten years in prison, and just as he thought it can't be worse than this, Gyubo passed him and whispered to his ear: "Your sister is gonna be such a good addition to the family once you're out."
Hakusho knew he couldn't do anything about this, but he also couldn't just let this slide, but just as he was starting to make a move, he got caught by the police and Gyubo again framed him of hostility and the judge decided to send him to a prison in France for his crimes that he never committed.
