Chapter 15 - The Dragon's Awakening and Luna's Fury

## 1. Kerchack's Intervention and Total Symbiosis

Kabil's magma blade pierced Hiroshi's chest, and pain was the last thing he felt. The heat was a liquid agony, and his blood boiled. He was dying.

But Kerchack's voice was no longer a mental whisper; it was a primal roar that resonated in every cell of his body.

"**NO! YOU WILL NOT DIE HERE!**"

Hiroshi's body convulsed. The **DRACONIC SYMBIOSIS**, which was at 15%, skyrocketed. The LitRPG interface flashed red, ignoring all limits.

Kabil's magma, which should have incinerated Hiroshi's organs, was neutralized by a wave of cold darkness that emanated from the wound. Black scales, hard as obsidian, erupted from Hiroshi's skin, covering his body in seconds. His eyes, once blue, became vertical slits of an ancient, penetrating blue. Short, thick horns sprouted from his forehead. The wound on his chest closed, leaving only a magma scar.

Hiroshi was no longer Hiroshi. He was Kerchack's vessel, a hybrid creature of fury and power.

Kabil and Yuzuki recoiled, shocked.

"What is that abomination?" Kabil growled, his voice full of caution.

## 2. Luna's Fury and the Counter-Attack

Luna, who was paralyzed with horror, watched Hiroshi's body transform. The pain of the betrayal and the sight of her protector's imminent death shattered her shyness.

She did not scream. She roared.

With a speed Yuzuki had never seen her use, Luna launched herself at the traitor. She did not have Hiroshi's strength, but she had the agility of an elf and the fury of a lioness.

**Luna's Technique:** She used the **Quaza** she had collected. The ore, which she held in a handful, glowed. She threw it into Yuzuki's face, and the magical dust momentarily blinded him.

"You monster! You are not a hero! You are trash!"

Yuzuki stumbled, trying to clear his eyes. Luna used her small dagger, not to kill, but to wound. She slashed Yuzuki's hand, making him drop the **Black Moon**.

Kabil, seeing the threat, tried to incinerate Luna.

"Get out of the way, worm!"

But Hiroshi's transformed body stood up. Kerchack was in control.

## 3. Uncontrolled Power

Kerchack did not use brute force; he used terror.

He launched an amplified **Death Breath**. It was not a jet, but a wave of darkness that engulfed the headquarters. The wave not only destroyed what was in its path but drained the life energy of everything it touched.

Kabil, the Lord of Fire, felt the cold of death. He used all his energy to create a magma shield, but the shield cracked under the Dragon's power.

"**You will not kill me, worm!**" Kerchack roared, his voice a thunder that made the ground tremble.

Yuzuki, recovered, grabbed his sword and tried to attack the hybrid from behind.

Kerchack turned with impossible speed. He grabbed Yuzuki by the neck, lifting him into the air.

"**You are a joke, Yuzuki. A pathetic lie. Your revenge is empty!**"

Kerchack was about to crush Yuzuki's neck, but Luna screamed.

"Hiroshi! No! Don't become him!"

Luna's voice reached Kerchack. The Dragon hesitated. Hiroshi's humanity, even if suppressed, was still an anchor.

## 4. The Retreat and the New Reality

Kabil, seeing the hesitation, used the last of his strength to launch a wall of fire, separating Kerchack from Yuzuki.

"Let's go, Yuzuki! He is too powerful!" Kabil shouted.

Yuzuki, coughing, realized the plan had failed. They hadn't killed Hiroshi; they had transformed him into something much worse.

Luna ran to Hiroshi's body, which was staggering.

"Beaky! Help me!"

The hawk descended, and Luna, with desperate strength, managed to drag Hiroshi's heavy, scaly body into the tunnels.

Kerchack, in his fury, tried to pursue them, but the pain from the magma wound and the internal struggle with Hiroshi's consciousness forced him to retreat.

Kabil and Yuzuki fled, leaving behind a ruined headquarters and the certainty that they had created an enemy the King could never have imagined.

Luna, crying and determined, dragged her protector's body into the darkness, with the silent promise that she would not let him be lost.
