3rd Pov:
It was a week before the S-Rank trials
and everyone was in high spirits in Fairy tail.
It was a normal day with drinking and revelry in the guild.
That was until happy crashed through the front door.
When happy burst in everyone noticed that he was carrying a badly injured Natsu.
Happy shot straight to the infirmary with natsu not even stopping to explain what happened to natsu.
When Master Makorov and Wendy arrived Makorov didn't even bink and said to get Porlyusica to one of the regular guild members.
Which frighten Wendy because of how bad the injury must be if Makorov's first reaction is to get Porlyusica.
When Makorov finally asked what happened Happy explained that in was a normal job until it was time for payment then suddenly the contractor threw some type of poison or acid in natsus eyes and covered his right arm then ran away with the reward money while he was busy helping natsu.
That enraged Makorov but he had to calm down so he didn't destroy the building in a blind rage but he vowed to find the one responsible.
(30 minutes later)
When Porlyusica arrived she quickly got to work.
When she was finished she explained that the substance was both Very strong acid and deadly poison it will be a miracle if he keeps his eyes much less see again in a month which while terrible news give them hope he could recover.
It was his right arm that there was the problem.
She had two options, amputation or a experimental procedure that transported it into a healing subspace but in both options he loses his arm.
They decided to give the experimental procedure a shot hopeing it will work but natsu will be without a right arm for at minimum 1 year.
Now it should go without saying but natsu is now excluded from the S-class trials because of his injurys.
Which Makorov knew natsu wouldn't take well so he decided to take happy with them so natsu couldn't get to the island with happys help.
Though Levy decided to stay behind to look after Natsu for when he wakes up because she was going to try to make Natsu some Glasses with Porlyusica's help for when natsu could see again.
The idea is the glasses would help with his vision and heal his eyes over time.
Though the main worry was going to be natsu's reaction to not going to the S-Class trials.
Which is why Makorov told Porlyusica to sedated him until they left so he couldn't hurt himself trying to get to the island.
Levy and Porlyusica Kept a close watch on natsu's condition and it looked to be improving but still debilitating so they decided to bring him out of the medical coma they put him in but kept him sedated so he couldn't run off or hurt himself.
They did that so they could explain what was going on with him and what was decided by Makorov.
